They jump to conclusions and charge for…
They jump to conclusions and charge for 6 months of service without providing what THEY said they would be able to. Didn't even get the full service. Bur they have their money. Canceled the service. Received a message that we had canceled bur still got charged again 2 months later.

My appointment went great
My appointment went great, my provider was nice and honest, very accesible and easy to talk to, gave me space to talk and discuss concerns.

Scam
The provider, Kim, was wonderful. The rest of the service is a scam. They never put through my prior authorization for the medication, even though I left online and phone messages every other day. They just kept telling me that I should pay for my controlled stimulant without my insurance, even though that is illegal in my state. I've gone two weeks without medication, but they definitely took my money.

Cerebral has been wonderful
Cerebral has been wonderful. Initially when I signed up there were some bumps along the way, but that’s the case with anything new. All of the providers I meet with have been fantastic so the network they have built is wonderful. Highly recommend in this post-apocalyptic-pandemic era we are living in. Sign up and get your head right!

I was very hesitant to use this app,BUT
I was very hesitant to use this app, but i finally tried it! It was literally so easy to sign up. you just have to answer a few questions that helps the doctor help you better. My Doctor, Dr. Vy Ong really listened to me & helped me comprehend the condition better and we discussed the best option for me. She was great! I’m really happy. (i never leave reviews either that should tell you something.)

Blessing among turmoil
Back in June of 2021 I started using Cerebral because I lost hope on ever getting off a waitlist at a brick and mortar therapy place. I had gone through a life changing injury in 2020 and found out it’s effects would be permanent and needed help navigating this huge life altering blow. I’m so glad I did. Through medication and weekly therapy I’ve been given tools and validation in what I’m going through week to week. It’s definitely been a rocky journey and I’m not anywhere near being done with that journey, but Cerebral has been a blessing among so much turmoil.
