I am deeply grateful to have experience cerebral. I'd always had severe anxiety and depression my whole life....but I was always told that I just had to "get over it" growing up. Mental health just wasn't something that was taken seriously in my family. We just believed in "willpower" and that therapy was a "waste of money." However my life has changed greatly since I tried cerebral. I can talk to people more easily, my social anxiety is under control, I learn alot from the free "worksheets" they send through the e-mail. This is for any of you who are on a budget. Think of it as an investment in yourself....it will definitely pay off. I know it did for me.

I was exceptionally pleased with every aspect of my interactions with Cerebral. Setting up the video counseling, being interviewed, and having medication prescribed was easy and efficient. My experience with my provider was totally wonderful. She was knowledgeable, experienced, and competent, and very easy to talk to. I felt that my health concerns were addressed, and the cost for everything was very reasonable.

Cerebral has helped me a lot in dealing with trauma and issues from my past and has helped me utilized coping skills to work through issues. It also helped me gain self esteem to recognize that my self care is important.

If you need mental health care services, look elsewhere. The idea is great - their actual customer service is terrible, especially for mental health care. On top of that, the actual “counselors” and “practitioners” seem as knowledgeable as I am on the subject of anxiety and medication. In fact, during several sessions, they had to look up information about the medication they were about to prescribe to me. Not exactly the way to instill confidence. I haven’t had access to my medication in 5 days and I continue trying to call them and get in contact with their care counselors and no one responds. Let’s not even begin to describe how dangerous it is to get off of medication cold turkey that way, but since they don’t respond to me or my pharmacy, I have had no choice. It’s been awful. Go elsewhere. You’ll be happy to avoid them.

Cerebral sets two appointments for me. Prescriber misses or sends a non recorded link instead. Finally just deal and do prescriber meeting. Lies blatantly to me and then doesn’t make the change he said he would make after getting caught in a lie.

Sent me different meds than what the said they were going too still have not gotten a hold of the person l need to to find out why and if that was correct or did l get some one else's medication??? Nvr can get a straight answer from my team they gave me and appointments are pushed out any where from a month 2 two months out and my counselor quit or got fired so l lost a whole session! Definitely a waist of my hard earn money!
