My experience was a great one.

I feelnit went very good. She asked very good easy to answer questions. And I feel good about moving forward.

I have been with cerebral for almost a year, maybe a little more. I never believed I had adhd until my husband mentioned it. I couldn’t fathom that being a result of my memory or weird behaviors, cerebral seen me and gave me a small dose of my adhd meds. I immediately started noticing a difference in my behaviors, thought processes, and abilities to complete tasks. My prescriber has slowly raised my prescription of adderall to 20mg daily over the year. I have since held jobs, been able to clean my house without distractions, and hold conversation without diverting to 50 other topics. I cannot imagine why my adhd has never been a subject of my mental health before this, but I can tell you that my mental health has improved so significantly. I do not feel that I need to go in and see a psychologist every month. I enjoy doing the tele med visit with my prescriber so much that I have been on every call. They make it so easy to treat my mental health. I do not feel that the federal government cutting off Telemedicine prescribers is in any way justifiable. Treating my adhd has so significantly changed my life and now I am being told that it is cutting off. I will be writing the senate and state to help fight this. My prescriber has never tried to increase the dosage of medicine unnecessarily, in fact when they asked how I was feeling I told them I was fine and I don’t need more higher of a dose. Please help stop the federal government from cutting off all telemedicine visits for prescriptions. This is unnecessary. And will cause so much harm. I am scared. I do not want to go back to the same mental state that I was in.

Terrible company and terrible customer service. I was never informed that my insurance did not cover my monthly payments and was charged $325 and cannot get my money back. Had one session... Please help if anyone has a solution

My first diagnosis appointment took less than 10 minutes and they prescribed medication after the first 5 minutes. It seemed like the nurse was just following a flow chart instead of doing an actual diagnosis. My first therapist wasn't good but fortunately he referred me to a different therapist that has been amazing, it was good as a first step toward better mental health but it's definitely not ideal.

I felt comfortable and easy to take with my provider from home.
