While the care team is amazing it would be nice to be able to meet more frequently with less time between appointments. The time between my first two appointments is one month and its difficult to make any progress without consistent help.

My prescribing doctor was very sweet and kind! She was very knowledgeable about the medications and what is treats.

So far I’ve only had my first provider and care counselor appts and I’m already feeling positive about my goals.

So far so good. Only thing is they said it would be $56 a month and they charged me $139.

This platform is absolutely awful. I’ve been with them for about a year and a few months now. My first prescriber was great and then she left. Afterward I switched to a few different prescribers and they weren’t able to fill my prescriptions because they didn’t specialize in my mental illness so there was an error in match up which caused my medication to lapse and for me to go into withdrawal. My current prescriber is very nice but very irresponsible. She has no- showed on two of our appointments and her next availability isn’t until November. I’ve been asking for a refill for days and they always claim they send it but my pharmacy doesn’t receive it so I always have to call back and make sure my prescription was sent. The care counselors gives you basic advice you can find on google and are basically worthless. I’m currently on a controlled substance and if you stop them cold turkey you have a higher chance of getting seizures and other bad side effects. I’ve been asking for a refill for days and I still don’t have my medication for my depression and anxiety. This has happened to me SO many times that it causes more stress to me than ever. My experience with Cerebral has been absolutely awful and I will be seeking legal action.

I do the Cerebral medication program, and I also have a care counselor which comes with the program. My care counselor is amazing and my prescriber for my medication was so thorough and knowledgeable. She discussed all my options for medication with me at length. I really feel like she and my care counselor take the time to listen to my story, ask me all the questions about how I’m feeling, provide me tools to change my thinking patterns, and overall are extremely encouraging and motivating. My life has gotten a lot better since using Cerebral. I have used medication prescribed by a psychiatrist that I saw in person, but the follow up and overall communication with Cerebral is so much more involved and consistent and personal.

I can't stress enough how life changing this experience has been. I put off seeking help for far too long because I was afraid it wouldn't work and I'm happy to say I was wrong. The process couldn't have been easier and everyone I've dealt with has been amazing. I didn't know it would be possible to feel so much better so quickly but being able to do it on my own terms and from home or from work has given me so much hope that I'm headed in the right direction.

My husband found this and while I was dealing with my crisis he remember it. So far it’s been great.
