Wort freight company on earth! Home depot shipped my mower on sept 28th. Three day transit time by their website. Been setting 90 miles from me since the 9th of Oct. it is now the 25th and still don't have it. Absolute nightmare!!!!!!

Worst company in the history of ever! (*****Update 2 weeks later, I still have not got delivery!!!***) They received my new HVAC at their terminal 5 days ago. I called to get an estimated delivery date/time and was told that it would go out the next day. I took off work awaiting their arrival but they never showed. Here we are 5 days later and three dates missed that they told me it would be. Now estimating two more days out. The lady told me "we cant guarantee delivery dates" I told her that is understandable but me taking off work based on them telling me it will be delivered tomorrow is getting ridiculous! And to beat all, they are only 2 hours away. Oh and the hold times are over 30 min when you call!

I have never dealt with a company like this. They are horrible. We ordered a pizza oven for a customer and expected it to be delivered on Sept 13th with a liftgate. They tried to deliver it without a liftgate. They kept putting off the delivery when the product is at their terminal. After being put on hold for over 30 mins I finally found out their liftgate is down and they don't know when it's going to be fixed. Meanwhile we were supposed to install the pizza oven tomorrow and they will not deliver it. Shipping was paid to this company for delivery and it isn't happening. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERIES!!! If I could have left a 0 star I would have.

It's hard to describe how incompetent and careless this company is. The employee you call when they ruin or mix up pallets show you how little the company cares.

When we compared, Central Transport rates were always lower than the other carriers. I found out why. The first (and ONLY) time we used them, they lost our 1,000 pound pallet. Filed a claim and they only pay $.10/pound - less than the cost of scrap metal. Worst carrier ever!

So remarkably bad. Yes rates are cheaper than most but they make promises that they cant keep. Far better off paying a couple 100 more bucks and getting things delivered on time than waiting for this s--tshow to deliver. Awful, truly awful.

9 8 21 Pennsylvania PA to Tucson Arizona 9 14 21 terminal E T A rimes for delivery has gone from 9/15 9/16 back to 9/15 to 9/16 to 9/17 Emailed them this morning and now its 9/20/21 Lay's 7 days at terminal here locally until they can build a good money making route They care nothing about customer service Its always an overload / increased volume of trucks to unload at terminal I more than likely will not see my delivery till October There's always an excuse The tracing system is a joke and amounts to lies

Quick update on the below statement: Just when I thought this company couldn't get worse they go and out do themselves. Now that they finally were able to get my pallet off the truck after 2 weeks, they then realize that they don't have a lift gate to transport it down here with. Oh it gets worse even then; they can't figure out how to get a lift gate for the next 3 weeks. So it will be at least 5 weeks before I can get my pallet delivered. I really wish there was a rating below 1. This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. The package arrived at their company on Saturday and was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I contacted them on Monday morning to schedule the delivery and was told that I needed to make an appointment for delivery and there was no way of doing that today. They would call later that day to schedule the shipment for Tuesday. No call back of course so I called first thing Tuesday and was told because of staff shortage they wouldn't be even able to get to the truck that had my package for several more day and there was nothing they could do about it. They would call back whenever they get around to unloading that truck. So it takes 2 days to get a pack from George to Ft Myers FL and 6 days to get it from Ft Myers FL to Naples FL which is a total of about 35 miles. What a joke of a company.
