Central transport shipped my merchandise from Texas to ca. They caused $1250 in damages, but refuse to take any responsibly. I went through their formal claim process, sending photos, receipts and all other info requested. My claim was still denied. I am a customer who paid almost $500 to ship me damaged goods. Sooo disappointed. Business like this should be held accountable. WE ARE GOING TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

SHIP with Old Dominion, Yellow, ESTES or ANYONE ELSE! Avoid at all costs as they LIE just to get a customer off the phone! Our purchasing team has been tracking and calling CT about a critical incoming shipment since it was sent by the manufacturer. Their website confirmed by phone calls showed our shipment arrived in their nearby (one hour drive) terminal on Monday, due to be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, called late Tuesday to be told that it is on a truck for delivery Wednesday by 2 pm... Told them that it was critical to get on Wednesday... NO CT Truck today and now told that we can't pick it up because it is still on a truck in their docks, but no driver today... and MAYBE we can expect it tomorrow... I have instructed our Purchasing and Shipping teams to NEVER use Central Transport again for the hundreds of incoming and outgoing shipments our company receives and sends. ESTES, OD, Yellow or anyone else!

Try to avoid use them at all cost. Came to our warehouse to pick up, driver did not verify the BOL, took the wrong shipment. now they are refusing to give back the shipment. Unprofessional and customer service is non exist, not great, very terrible.

Last day we got a huge problem with your truck Driver, He is not respectful also pretty rude and he has never loaded our pallet to the truck. we have to be loaded ourselves with our pallet jack.
