I've been stuck with central transport as my delivery service through Home Depot many times now and not once has a shipment arrived on time. They have no solutions and only excuses. Incredibly terrible service. Everyone's experiencing shortages and supply chain issues. Don't take on deliveries you can't honor on time or don't set a delivery date when you know you won't be able to honor it.

I ORDERED AN ENGINE ON EBAY, central transport (THEY DON'T DESERVE CAPS) SAID ENGINE WAS DELIVERED...WHERE? 'CAUSE WE SURE DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. LIARS, CON ARTISTS, AND OUTRIGHT THIEVES! I COULDN'T LOWER MY STANDARDS TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF MY FAMILY WAS STARVING. ANYONE CONSIDER A CLASS ACTION SUIT???

One star if lucky how about a minus 5. Ordered an item from HomeDepot on Oct 11th to be delivered to WA from NC. Central Transport didn't pick up the freight till Nov 3rd. They transported it to MN and sat on it for a week there. Then sent it to MT turned it around sent back to MN. Then sent it Wa where it has been sitting for over a week waiting (for a driver to deliver it to the store). This has to be the worst gypo trucking company in the country. HomeDepot hasn't been any help either say they are at the mercy of the trucking co. I can't believe they can't deliver this item as originally stated. I will never order anything through HomeDepot.com again they have lost a good customer for life. AND NEVER USE THIS TRUCKING CO totally useless.

0 stars if possible. Twice now a vanity from Home Depot has come destroyed. First time a fork from a forklift drive. Right through the side. Looked like it got hit by a cannon. Second time vanity was put face down. Damage to bottom sides too, and glass inserts were flying around inside the vanity. Absolute joke of a company. I would not trust them to ship bubble wrap

Theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee worst!!!!!!! Run far away do NOT use this company to transport anything. It will Not get there!!! I wouldn’t let them transport used toilet paper!!! Tons of excuses why the item can’t be delivered. Incompetent drivers who say the delivery address isn’t accessible. The same address has been in operation for 20 plus years and receives multiple deliveries a day 365 days a year. We receive delivers from 53’ trailers on down to ups box trucks with no issues or Excuses . They Never called to say they are having any kind of trouble on accessing the facility. Almost two weeks waiting on the shipment makes you wonder if all or any of the delivery attempts were ever made. Finally had to go and pick it up myself from their location. Complete shoe string operation. I knew I was in for it after reading the multiple bad reviews not only from shipping clients but employees as well. I did not choose this company the seller did. He was unaware of the poor qualities of this company. To boot they charged an extra $100 bucks to change “delivery” on the invoice to pickup. $100 bucks to write a note on a piece of paper. Pathetic, unprofessional money gouging!!! It amazes me they are even in business! The only positive Thing I could say is that the item was in one piece and Un damaged. If I could give no stars I would. Worst delivery experience I have ever experienced!

I made a purchase on Ebay that had to be freight shipped from Georgia to Arizona. The vender used Central Transport. I had no experience with this company but the vender assured me they were reputable. I'm now in my 9th week waiting for my shipment. The real frustration is that my shipment arrived at their Phoenix service center over 3 weeks ago. That puts my shipment about 150 miles from my location. Each day for the past 3 weeks their tracking website says my shipment will arrive tomorrow. I have communicated with their customer service department over 20 times in the past 3 weeks by phone and email. Depending on who I communicate with I get different excuses for why I have not recieved my shipment. I have even talked with well meaning representatives who apologize for the incompetence of how my shipment has been handled and promise to make it a priority that it gets delivered in a day or two. But that never happens. So my shipment continues to sit in their services center waiting for what I am not sure. Their tracking website is a joke. Their customer service department is incompetent and has flat out lied to me over and over. Now I'm wondering what condition my shipment will be in after sitting around shipping warehouses for weeks. I will never use this company again and advise all others to avoid using their services. A follow up review may be necessary to report on the condition of my shipment if I ever receive it.

Worst company in the country. They called to set up a delivery appointment but never deliver next day they called again and I asked why they didn't deliver the previous day and they said "your pallets couldn't fit on the trailer so we have to reschedule and the next day the same thing happened & same explanation, this happens 4 times.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. This company is AWFUL. All calls are routed to Michigan so if your delivery is sitting at a Phoenix warehouse for 6 days, as ours was; you can forget speaking to someone local about getting a delivery time. I was on hold for at least an hour each day, listening to a looped message telling callers to use the website to track their delivery ONLY THE WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK. If you are patient enough to hold the line, they place you on hold (again) while they call the state your order is in and hope THAT warehouse answers the phone (they didn't in Phoenix; apparently they were always "on the dock"). We received daily emails saying our order is out for delivery, so several days taken off work to wait for this delivery that finally showed six days later. Floor tiles were shipped standing on their sides rather than flat (increasing chance of breakage) and driver had a pallet jack that didn't fit the pallet on the truck. So husband had to help manually unload 3,000 pounds of tiles. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY HOME DEPOT WOULD USE THIS PATHETIC, INCOMPETENT COMPANY! As a result, Home Depot has lost me as a customer forever, as they were also useless in assisting with securing this delivery. To both companies, I say this -- which of you wants to reimburse me for several days of missed work AND cancellation fees for the tile setter? SO DISGUSTED WITH CENTRAL TRANSPORT, AS APPARENTLY ARE DOZENS OF OTHER REVIEWERS. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
