Worst company on the face of the earth! - Do not deliver on time. - You wait hours waiting on the phone that someone answers and the then they send your call to the other department where you wait hours again toll yo do not give up. - they do not call you to schedule a delivery of you call them. I had a 2 day delivery and now it is a week and i have no clue what to do.

I purchased some artwork worth almost $1,000 from my vendor and they shipped it to my storage facility (since my shop was still under construction). I set specific instructions to have the delivery truck call me when they are on their way, but I received no such call. When I requested info on the delivery, the delivery company (Central Transport) informed me that it was delivered and signed for. I found out (after investigating this myself), that the package was propped up against a wall in the middle of a large storage area (not mine) and left there without being on a pallet (as shown on the invoice) and no call to me. The driver must have signed it himself as it was signed with an X. It must have sat there for a week. It rained on it and when the storage manager saw that no one had claimed the damaged goods, he threw it away. I only know this because I had him access their security cameras. I followed up with the shipper (Central Transport) myself who said that unless I have a clear image of the drivers name tag, then there is nothing they can do. So basically I lost $1000 because of an incompetent driver and a horrible company that backed up his awful behavior.

Worst company ever. Don't communicate, don't respond. They are a parasite. Use at your own risk.

Do not use this tracking company . Something that they promised me to be delivered in 3 days . Took 2 weeks . Horrible customer service . My shipment was sitting for 6 days in the depot1 hour away from the destination . And when I called they threatened to return it back . My customers cancel orders because of delay and business lost a lot of money .

This company is crooked and doesn't deliver your merchandise on-time or in my case ever. Shipment has been in there possession since 7/15/21 and today is 8/31/21... 45 DAYS my shipment has stayed at there location here in Medford, OR. Over 20 plus times I have called and gotten excuse after excuse... lack of drivers, setup 4 times to deliver with no delivery through customer service, no one calls you back from the terminal... even CH ROBINSON can't get ahold of them.. there the ones that hired this sham of a company! No refund, no apologies and no accountability. I would suggest they stop taking shipments until they get caught up. If you get the opportunity to talk to a manager "Rachel" apparently is the CEO of the company... all I can say is wow what a GEM! my suggestion do as I did and call your local police department and file a stolen case. That is the only reason this company has reached out to me in regards to my missing shipment. I still haven't received my shipment however the police are assisting me with this crooked company.

Horrible service. Picked up a load from NJ on 07/22/21 to deliver to OR, as of today 8/25/21 has not been delivered . They asked for a "will call" because don't have driver, now they don't even answer when we can pick up from terminal. Loosing customers from their poor service and communication.

I would like to give them negative review if I could. They are thieves they will keep your package as hostage and ask more money for it. They can come up with any excuse holtod your package and demand more money, they are never on time worst transport company RUN FROM THEM.

Do not use this company!!! They simply have no desire to deliver freight on any timeline. Our shipment has sat 20 minutes from us for 9 days now with no delivery scheduled. We asked if we could pickup the shipment ourselves and were told there are trucks ahead of us to be unloaded. Absolutely unacceptable!!! I recommend finding a shipping company that actually cares about their customers. Clearly, this company does not value retention of customers.
