Worst customer service ever! I have been waiting for an agent for 15 minutes on chat. Last time I tried to chat I got transferred around, had to call, got someone who contradicted the person before them. The items they have for otc are cheap generic knock offs. The shoulder heating pad is a fire hazard! I reported it and they didn't care, they sent me another! Why would I use an item that melted to the point that wires were exposed? The vitamins are gross, I think the dollar store has better quality. Everything is very low quality. Humana needs to do better!!

Oh my Gosh!!!!!🥴 what did I get myself into?????I switched to Human, unfortunately the Pharmacy they use Cener Well is a joke. I’ve had to call literally 10 times for 1 prescription to get it filled!!!! I am totally frustrated 🤬🤬🤬. I can’t believe to save money by switching to Humana, I now have to deal with these untrained , non speaking English idiots. They’re rood and totally unprepared to deal with any knowledge about prescriptions. Humana why don’t you get a competent Pharmacy????? I can’t believe you make your patients go through all these hoops just to get a correct prescription!!!!!! Please switch or I don’t care how much money I save, it’s not worth it!!

Good luck using the OTC allotment!!! The website is horrid. I have spent hours trying to use my OTC allowance with no luck. Soooo, I tried CenterWells "chat" to get assistance. It stated it was transferring my to an agent from the bot but tada; after 45 min waiting I gave up. It is borderline, if not actual, fraud. A stated service that it doesn't fulfill or simply makes it so frustrating that no one has the time nor patience to standby or login over and over after redirects and error messages. Certainly feels fraudulent to me.

Cannot understand them, English very poor. Say they cannot fill my autofill prescription because the year is almost up. Funny thing I canceled with them and went with local pharmacy and they filled my prescription within hours. Always a run around.

Terrible customer service and huge run around on any errors they make. They have so many departments so you get frustrated and give up. They don't take any ownership of their poor service.

I switched to Center well three months ago I’ve had nothing but trouble ever since. I’ve had to call four and five times to get it straightened out and the solution is always been for me to fix it. I have to call the doctor. I have to call my local pharmacy because Centerville doesn’t refill on time. Everybody at customer service says they’re gonna help you and nobody does. This is supposed to make it easier and it’s been harder and my health is suffering for it. Today was my last straw!!!

Multiple calls, they put you on hold for longest time!

I have changed my mind. They are so low on the totem pole……. Just not worth my time
