Centerwell repeatedly claims they can't reach my doctor, delaying orders and canceling orders as a result. My doctor's offices are very prompt in their response to my messages and inquiries, and I find it hard to believe they don't answer Centerwell promptly. I have wasted a lot of time being sure Centerwell has the proper contact info, but it keeps happening. They only do this with certain prescriptions; it's really annoying, anxiety producing, and a time-waster.

Yes they are the worst--tried to order a Rx from them by having my Dr fax it to them --they said they never recd it--called them on phone 30 minutes with them ..they said they would fax from Cenrewell to Dr office--i called Dr office ; they said they didnt rec fax from Centerwell. Dr office now said they would call centerwell--still waiting -DONT USE THIS PHAARMACY

I switched my Medicare Part D plan to Humana, which has only one mail order pharmacy, CenterWell. I wanted to transfer my prescriptions from my old pharmacy to CenterWell. Impossible! They require new prescription from all my doctors. Tried to call them and explain that transferring a prescription from one pharmacy to another is a routine procedure in America. They didn't understand me. I expect a lot of problems with this pharmacy in the future. However, I have no way back until next year. How could Humana select such a lousy pharmacy to be their choice of mail order? Avoid Humana and the CenterWell altogether!

My name Marty Smith I changed my pharmacy to center well it went good the first month for my pain medicine the second month I didn’t hear from them for a few days I called and they said they will not fill my prescription. I called the pharmacist. He was very snarky to me I ended up in the ER with my blood pressure 230 in severe pain I should’ve never changed my pharmacy in doing so the pharmacies would not fill my prescription after center well I would not recommend no one do use center well pharmacy it almost caused my death If any of this is not true, I will make an apology

While it may have a few strong elements, using the website itself is a challenge. Chat and Tel. 'advocates' are often poorly trained-unable to explain basic billing questions. There can be wild but justifiable swings in the price of some meds but counting on advocates to explain them is a high bar. Centerwell is reflective of the overarching crisis in medicine today. One more thing. Having spent what seemed like an eternity on its Chat Line, we learned obtaining a copy of the thread for our records was impossible.

They dont have much variety in vitamins and the store is geared more towards seniors and not young adults. I only have Centerwell pharmacy because it is included with my Humana. Some things are okay if they have what you need. However, I placed an order Monday and just got it(Friday) and half the order is completely wrong and they will not return or refund it even though it is unopened and it is non perishable! If your order is half wrong I should be able to return it so I can buy something else!! Customer service is very rude, unhelpful, and will make you want to pull your hair out! I was going to make a big purchase of $200 but now I am so worried I will get the wrong thing and end up being stuck with it!

Centerwell Plaza Linda specifically the one in 10401 SW 40 street Is truly outstanding. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a warm welcome and quick service. They explain medications clearly and make sure I understand everything before I leave. The pharmacy is clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need. I also appreciate how efficient they are with prescriptions they have no long waits, and they always keep me updated if anything changes. I Highly recommend!

The most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. My controlled prescription was supposed to be delivered on 11/28/2025. Today is December 1st and I still haven’t gotten it. They now claim it will be delivered on December 3rd, one week late! This is not the first time this has happened and it’s unacceptable. I called daily since the 28th. Every time I called, they lied saying they were waiting for FedEx to pick it up. Call taker was very rude on the phone. I will leave Humana January 1st so I don’t have to deal with CenterWell.
