The long long wait times to speak to a person, and when you speak to someone, the issues still do not get resolved. While on the phone, I had been sent to a different department and disconnected a couple of times. I had to start my conversation over several times. It seems that no one knows how to handle common issues.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. One star is way more than they deserve. Insurance can be frustrating. but, I've been with Centerwell for just a month and it is by far the worst experience I've had with anything health insurance related issues. In the past month, I've probably spent 7 or 8 hours trying to straighten out my issues. They are not resolved. I want to do simple things like pay online, but instead, I have to call and be on hold for 20 minutes and no one can figure out how to help. I also had a 1 hour call in which the rep said that they contacted my doctor for approval on a drug but the doctor never got back to them. I said I doubted that as my doc is very responsive. I finally got frustrated and asked to speak with his manager. After another 20 minute hold, I spoke with the manager who said she didn't understand the issue as the doctor responded and it was approved. I've received multiple letters that say the Rx was approved and denied -- all in the same letter. That's just the beginning. I would write more but I've already spent too much time on Centerwell. I'm switching as soon as I can. My recommendation is to not start with them. They will waste your time.

Great customer service and they say they’ve resolved the issue. It took four different phone calls to get a prescription. Two and half weeks later, I’m still waiting for my medication. I ran out three weeks ago and I started to try to get my prescription a week before it ran out. Mail delivery clearly doesn’t work! I recommend using a local pharmacy who is more responsive.

I changed to Humana and CenterWell Pharmacy as of 1/1/2026. Huge mistake!!!!! I am type 1 diabetic and need insulin vials for my Tandem insulin pump. I have been trying to get RX filled since 1/2/2026. CenterWell cancelled the first 3 orders saying Prior authorization needed from doctor. Doctor has sent it in several times and they say they never receive. Can’t get through mail order so now trying to get locally. We will see how that goes ———NOT!!!

Zero stars if I could! Send and submitted payment. .. didn't ship- had to call and was transferred 4 times! It took over an hour - poor communication, inept staff and non English people you can't understand- honestly doubting that I will receive my medication after they said they would ship! So sorry I had to change to Humana! Cigna and expresss script was awesome! Cenerwell is one of the worst companies and expenses I have had!

More than an hour wait. Can't get to a real person and extreme difficulty setting an account up online with multiple errors taking multiple days.

Five days attempts to get my refill turned out to be a nightmare. Over the phone waiting time ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES. Every day is the same message. No response. Advocate personal at different telephone number does not speak English, wastes time with awkward questions and transfers to the same ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES! telephone number. Is this pharmacy out of business? Where my prescribed refill? Are there controlling organizations?

When your order is delayed for bladder control and you have to go get depends because your pissing in your pants while your order is in process and it’ same story (Oh I’m so sorry) well that gets old. I have always got my meds from the Kroger store only a couple of miles from my home. The sensors for my diabetes has to be sourced thru Centerwell or another supplier and i asked my doctor on this order to add script together that I’m out of and to combined them all together. Big mistake which has now been chained back to original way i order my scrips. I have been in sales for a Caterpillar dealership most of my life and the worst thing to have is a bad review which always went up the chain. To many bad reviews and your career was over. Centerwell customer service is beyond horrible and needs an overhaul in product support. Im staying with Kroger Pharmacy they now my name when i walk up to the counter and best service ever.
