I bought a phone from Cell2Get and the screen went black after 2 weeks. I called them to request them to fix it or replace it, but they wanted to charge me $80 to fix when the phone originally cost me $150. They wouldn't allow me to return it, and when I told him that it wasn't fair the rep started swearing at me!! Stay away from this place, they are completely dishonest!!

I bought a phone here and within three and a half months the screen just blacked out. When I tried speaking to customer service, I got curses and swearing. Pretty bad business sense. My sister bought the same phone at the same time as me and had a similar experience, she sent it in to them and was told it would be $50 to repair. However they raised it to one hundred and something dollars. A store of scammers.

Stay away from Cell2get, I paid 30$ ten years ago for a Samsung cell. One month later, I was claiming for the phone or its reimbursement. They never answered me. A suggestion: pay something more to a dealer, choose your phone and bring it with you! P-S- My real experience date was june 2015
