Phone arrived missing charger but company made it right I called them and they overnight the charger. The phone work now placed another order from tbem for the same kyoucera e4811 phone.

Great product as described brand new but shipping took longer then expected also did not come with SIM card so I spoke with them they advise me SIM card is not included with unlocked phones so I contact my service provider Verizon they gave me a SIM card overall I am very happy with the transaction just shipping could be improved

Four stars mostly for delivery and phone condition, minus a star for sending wrong item. They sent the phone out quickly, and it's in great condition. They even called first to confirm my provider would work with it. Only trouble is that it was neither the color nor model I ordered. I wanted a Moto Razr 2024 in Beach Sand color and got a Moto Razr 2024 Plus in Black. I will keep it though because it's actually a better and pricier phone and color isn't a huge deal. Just beware, you may not get what you asked for. I got lucky and got an upgrade and can buy a case to change the color.

Best company that I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had placed an order for a phone and fortunately they initially sent me the wrong phone but after contacting their customers service and filing a return request on the website for a exchange, the process was quick and painless and within the same week I received the phone I wanted :)

Excellent service and so far I recommend them! But even though my experience was great I did get constant excuses from USPS and cell2get about my shipping but in the end it finally arrived and it was worth the purchase.

Excellent experience! But make sure you do your research before buying from them. I went and baought a lg g8 from them about 2 months ago, i paid an extra of 10.30$ for ground shipping and got it within 5 days. So far when i got the phone i noticed it had a shadow screen to it though i didnt return the phone i decided to keep in an a hope it will go away. Time passed and the shadow didnt go away so i decided to return the phone, i called customer service and the representative told me that it has been more than 14 days since i got the phone and there is no way to return the phone for a refund but he told me that he could cut some corners and exchange the phone for me if i want to. So i accepted the offer for an exhange and after i sent the phone back i decided to read about the policy of the return, as stated you do have 14 days to send the phone back for an exchange or a refund but because the representative was very nice with me and i was fair with him and was honest i got great customer service and they were willing to exchange the phone for me. Overall you have to agree to the terms and conditions of the website because i read some interesting stuff over there and also make sure you do further research on the device youre looking to buy! I had a good experience with cell2get and i am looking forward to get more phones from them.

Good people and staff is very friendly. I got my phone on time and as expected.
