Just received my order and what can i say.. I am very satisfied with it. The ship time was short and they treated me great! The service rep also had a very good recommendation which i followed and i LOVE my new phone! Thanks!!!

If you order there is no way to contact the company to cancel or change an order. Their phone number will always route to a voicemail, the chat line is never available (the representatives are supposedly offline), and there aren't any email addresses to correspond with. The Help section is their own notification or email system, but you do not get a copy nor do you get a response. I did receive a text message after leaving several voicemails (only because the charge had not gone though at the time) that noted a number to call, but it has been "temporarily disabled" - call it yourself 888-666-1759. In researching the company, there are numerous complaints. Their promise of processing is deceptive. They did charge my account, but have not provided any merchandise. Others have similar claims, while some stated they have not received a refund after sending the product back, and the the phones have been defective. My guess is that those who have these "great" reviews are the owners. Please, do yourself a favor and google it before buying.

I purchased a blackberry and paid for 3 day shipping the phone arrived weeks later and was obviously used with scratches on the body and heavy use of the sim card area, they replaced it which again took weeks. When the second phone arrived it was better than the first one but still showed signs of sim card usage. I contacted Melvin at cell2get who was rude and aggressive and refused a refund!

I only have one word to sum up my feelings about this store. GREAT! Exceptional product at a more than reasonable price. The product was shipped fast and safely and best of all - Free. Would and probably will buy from again. Shopping was made easy with excellent pictures of cell phones instead of reproduced drawings like other sites. If I purchased from a competitor I would have gotten the wrong cellphone, Glad I found cell2get.com. Keep up the great work. And thank you very much
