They are honest polite and easy to deal with. I would honestly continue to show support.

Trust the stats from BBB Scams & lies. I gave them 2 stars because I got my money back after returning a phone that was not what I initially ordered. BBB Accredited Business B Rated by BBB Customer Complaints Summary 32 total complaints in the last 3 years. 15 complaints filed in the last 12 months.

The keyboards on phones from my previous supplier wore out pretty quickly. The refurbished BlackBerry ordered this time still has a good feel to the keys after several weeks of regular typing at work and on the road.
