Supposed to be a new phone locked to AT&T. Came in generic packaging with no charger. When I requested a return policy, I got an immediate response with almost impossible system for the average person. When I tried to set up the phone it wouldn't make calls. The AT&T store checked and my locked to AT&T phone is incompatible with AT&T. I emailed the company and have no response over24 hours later. Guaranteed we won't deal with this ripoff company again!

I bought a phone for my mother in law in Indiana and have the confirmed order email listing her address as the shipping address. They totally disregarded the shipping address and sent the phone to the billing address and now I cannot get in contact with anyone after multiple methods of trying to contact them on my end.

They sent the wrong phone They refused to provide a return label by email and told us we needed to call to get a return label We tried to call multiple times and every time they gave an excuse why they couldn't give a label Then they told my daughter they know we are Jewish and they hate all Jews I have a recording of the phone call where this happened and would be happy to provide it to the company if they reach out to me directly.

Cell2get is not to be trusted by their word. I returned a Flip phone, sent to me in the wrong color, to which Mark Nancy, their employee, agreed to reimburse me my cost of postage. They have not reimbursed me, nor have they contacted me to explain their reason. I suggest others find a reputable business to deal with, aside from Cell2get and avoid the unethical practice I experienced. NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! DO BUSINESS ELSE WERE. SO CHEAP THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR RETURN POSTAGE AFTER THERE MISTAKE. $11.50.

Shopping with them hassle free and solid. Buying from them is pretty simple with no contract or hidden fees. They have a wide selection of phones to buy and their customer service is pretty good

If I could give a zero rating I would because of the negative experience that I had with this company. A while back I order a phone with 256 gigabytes and received a phone with 128 gigabytes. I informed the company that I received the wrong product and they didn't not even excuse themselves of their error or even try to accommodate or reimburse me of their mistake. Rather, the man in customer service, insulted and shouted on me via the phone and made it hard for me to even return the product to get my money back. I had to handle the issue directly with my bank to get my money back because they SCAMMED me. That is why I rate this company a ZERO and would NOT recommend anyone to buy from them, because they are dishonest and disrespectful towards their clients.

Ordered a phone they send me the wrong one, then make me pay to ship back for their mistake. After a month of them doing nothing they return half my money. Must be a child with no intelligence running this thing. Def do not recommend these dumb crooks.

If u have to return the phone they will deduct 50% price.be carefull Buying the phone from them
