Was shopping around for a new phone this past week. Got a better price on cell2get than if I bought verizon direct. Customer care was good as well. Other than that no complaints or anything.

When looking through the internet to try and find a new phone I came across this website cell2get. They were listed under a few products I was interested in by Google shopping and had good ratings so I decided to try them out. I ordered myself an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note N910. I paid just slightly below market price for the phone and got it about a week later. All in all a happy purchase.

I am a returning buyer at Cell2get. So far they have treated me very well as a customer. Their online interface is awesome and their customer service is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Not once have I called and had to wait or speak to a machine. This is a good company staffed by real people who have real experience in dealing with customers and real experience in the phone industry.

I bought a wireless hotspot which I was surprised they even had. I use it at both at home and work for higher speed internet that I have set up. I heard about this item in consumers report and figured I would try it for a low price. Not only did I have it, the tech support staff was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. 5/5 stars, would buy again.

I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge 32gb Gold for Verizon, on the 11th. I got the email confirmation about 5 minutes later. The order was shipped out the following day on the 12th. Fast forward 7 days and I just got my phone on the 19th. This might sound like a long time, however it was my decision to opt for the free shipping they offer which states 7-14 days on their website. I was happy it was on the lower end of that range and could not be more pleased with the experience as a whole. 5 Stars here nothing to complain about.

My experience with the website was average. Most information was easy to find and I even had questions about the phone I was buying. They were available to answer my questions. My problem is with the actual product, which was listed as "New" but was in fact refurbished. It's 2017, these labels cannot be confused. I specifically called the store and asked directly, "This is a brand new phone and not a refurbished phone?" I was told, "Yes! The phone is brand new!" The phone I received was not in an OEM box, did not come with the OEM charger, and did not perform like a new phone. I know this because I previously own the phone and was replacing it after more than 2 years. The new one I got function as poorly as the one I was replacing

They have every phone in stock! I was looking for an older model flip phone for my cousin. Not only did they have one, they recommended a few different models based on what i was saying she needed it for. I was impressed with their knowledge and patience.
