I cannot speak for the product as I am a new customer and bought the phone for my son in law, but the phone line customer service was excellent. I spoke with a rep and he just went above and beyond to place my order as I was having issues with the website. Job well done!

I bought the galaxy s7 the week it came out and iv had it ever since, but few weeks ago i was taking a picture at a concert and i dropped it. Once i dropped it i saw it kicked around a few times then had no clue where it went. I needed a new phone now so my mom said that she recently order a phone from this site and i should give it a try. They seemed to have good deals so i said why not a got a refurbished s7 from them. Phone came in great condition in a Verizon box with everything i needed to start using it. happy with them so i decided to leave them so nice feedback.

Not much to say besides that thesw guys have good deals on phones and are true to their word. I ordered a couple of refurbished phones for my company and they all came in great condition and shipped to me fast. Would defiantly use in the future.

accidentally ordered a s7 and not the s7 edge from these guys so gave them a call and they said as long as i pay the difference theyll exchange it for me no problem! Both phones were packed well and in like new condition happy with the service i received.

Before i buy a phone from them, i called and talked to a person. he said the phone will be NEW and on the BOX. When i got the phone, i see that it is USED and there is no headphone. so upset since this ws a gift. Cheaters, stay away from this place.

Needed a phone fast for when I go overseas of business, and saw a couple of phone of this site. Needed the phone fast so expressed shipped it over and it came a day later. Everything was easy to set up phone was new and worked for what I needed. Going to use again in the future.
