I've been in need of a new phone for about a year now. During this time Ive seen friends and family get all different new phones apples, samsungs, lgs, and even htcs. I was overwhelmed by it and couldn't get myself to actually go out and buy one. One of my buddies suggested I look at cell 2 get, he said they have all the newest phones, and their prices are fair. The main point was that the phones were off contract. I called up and spoke to a man named jimmy, who helped get the phone and the extras at a great price. I was surprised how non-pushy they were and how calm they were in dealing with me. The phone came here 4 days later. I never had to call or complain. This company is just a group of nice guys who know a lot about cell phones. I even tried returning an object a couple of weeks ago...it was an extra leather case that I didn't need. I didn't understand much of the technology that goes in to these phones but I did understand getting my money back. This was a solid experience and I am glad I found them.

I ordered a S7 phone about a month ago. I didn't really care about receiving it by a certain time so i opted for free shipping. The website mentioned that it would take about a week and a half to ship, yet i received it within a few days. I ordered an extra charger for both my home and car and they were not received in thew order. When i called their customer service center they mentioned that the accessories will arrive separately. I wound up receiving them after two weeks from the initial order but the phone came with a charger originally so i wasn't upset.

I had an issue to contacting cell few times I called them and got the voicemail I decided to leave. a message and to my suppries I got a call but in less then 30 seconds. Customer services seems to be very nice and not pushy I had few questions about the Motorola turbo 2 they answered my question in provisional matter decided to place the order the phone arrived but it was missing the charger I contact customer support again this time I got hold of them in my first try they overnight me a charger and the phone is working great

I was amazed with how professional the customer support staff was. Whenever i mentioned a term that was in the listing (cdma/ gsm) they explained what they meant without question. I could tell they know what they are talking about.

When I dropped my phone in the water, i called my t-mobile store to find out if i can get it fixed or replaced. Unfortunately, everyplace i called had the same response of not being covered on the warranty fed up, i looked online and found these guys. I wanted a note 3 phone but i knew they were hard to find. I spoke to them and they knew the differences and recommended the note 2 because of the lower radiation.
