Update: After leaving several negative online reviews with a few different websites including the BBB, I was able to tell the incompetent representative to transfer my call to the owner or manager, etc. The basic lesson is..... Talk to Melvin!! No one else seems to be worth the time Melvin was the one who finally made sense, who didn't interrupt me when I talked and so finally got me the unlock code I was needing WITHOUT a credit card statement. For his effort alone I gave an increase. The score is not higher because I spent half the day either trying to get a hold of someone or trying to figure out how to unlock the phone. The transaction with the company was easy and painless. Trying to talk to someone because the phone I purchased was not actually unlocked has been a nightmare. I am still in the middle of it. Here is there way of doing it. You need to have the order number to refer to for them to look up the unlock code for the phone. If you do not have an order number then they want to see a credit card statement for the date of purchase. I have called a number of times today.... reaching 10 very soon..... and have only talked to someone one time. He definitely did not want to have to answer the phone and seemed up set that I even called. P.S. the phone did not come in the manufacturers box and the one time I talked to the representative, he said that the unlock code was written on a piece of paper inside the box. Thinking back to over 1 year ago, there was no paper inside the box and I don't even remember there being a purchase order in the box. If there was ever a purchase order, I would know because I keep ALL my filings for such things. Now I am trying to call these people back to get an email address to email the card statement to get the code and no one is answering. Oh, and their time to call is more like a 4 hour window than anything else. I am beyond angry at this.

The BEST Store online !!! i really needed a new phone my galaxy s5 got old and kept being buggy so i searched online for a decent store online while google suggested me this website. while i was browsing this website i saw the massive collection that they have ! they have cellphones all the way from flip phones to smartphones... so i purchased myself a brand new lg g7 and it came after just one night via overnight shipping !!! the customer service on this website is just absolutely wicked !! and fast !!! the phone came in a brand new sealed condition with all its official accessories in it! this represenator named melvin helped me with all my questions and answeres about the new phone he was so polite and patient that he even spoke with my service provider about a new sim card for the phone ! anyhow overall i do recommend buying from them ! i am going to buy from them again & again in the future !!!!

While I was searching for a new phone online (cuz my trash s6 was dying after such a long time) I bumped into this website that google advertised for me and i was super amazed of what I got!!! I bought a brand new galaxy note 8 from this website and it came very fast (via priority shipping just after 3 days !) and the service and the update on the delivery was amazing ! Thanks to a guy named Melvin who called to check out if I got the package and if everything is ok with the phone he was really eager to know if everything is ok with the phone and if I’m ok with using it such a nice and great quality of service from them to make sure everything is fine with the customer that’s definitely made me want to buy here more often! But besides the quality of the product and the amazing service the website itself is easy to use and the selection of phones in this website is outstanding lol they even sell flip phones for all the old fashioned. And not to mention that the prices on this website are the cheapest ever online it felt for me as if I’m buying the phone as a investor rather than a customer! Overall I really do recommend this website and I’m really looking forward to purchase new phones from this website !!!

Great selection of phones I had my heart set on the Motorola v3xx but when I called celll2get they told me it will not work on my service provider and help me to choose another lte flip phone overall good and fasy

I lost my phone so I was looking for a quick replacement. I found Cell2Get's site online on Monday and the phone I was looking for. I called them to verify that it was a brand-new phone and the particular version that I needed. I also asked about expedited shipping so I could get the phone as soon as possible because I'm limping by w an old phone with a lot issues until I receive the new phone. I was told that if I chose the overnight option ($48.17) that I'd receive the phone by Wednesday, which was acceptable to me. Up to this point, no problems. On Wednesday, I hadn't heard anything from Cell2Get so I tried calling in the morning so I could know how to plan to sign for/receive the phone because I work and am not at home during the day. Apparently they don't answer the phone during their earlier business hours because I've tried calling multiple times during business hours on multiple days and nobody picks up the phone or call back when I've left a message. Regardless, I stayed home from work thinking I needed to be their to sign for the package. Late in the afternoon, I finally got someone on the phone and he told me that my package would actually be arriving on Thursday and he'd forward me the tracking number. He said I should receive the package by 3 on Thursday. I received the tracking number last night and it showed that the package had been entered into the system at 9pm on Wednesday (the day I was originally told I would have the phone). On Thursday, I could see that the package had arrived at my regional USPS distribution center but it wasn't updating to "out for delivery" so I contacted USPS (all agents were busy so I had to wait over an hour for them to call me back) to find out about what time it would be delivered so I wouldn't miss another whole day of work. The agent informed that my package won't be arriving until tomorrow (Friday) by 3pm. So...I'm out another half day of work on Thursday and still can't get anybody on the phone to talk about this situation. I will (hopefully) receive a great phone on Friday, 4 days after I placed my order. The USPS agent informed that the seller paid $19.10 for what's listed on their site as Priority Mail Express 2-Day. She also said that the way the package entered the system, it was very late in the day and likely at a UPS-type store instead of a USPS store...both factors adding to an extra day in transit. I don't mind the seller making a little extra money on the shipping (over 25%), but to say that it's "next day air" and to inform me that I'd have the product on Wednesday is unacceptable behavior. I paid $48.17 to receive the product 3 business days later. I would not purchase from them again based on this experience and just hope the phone is brand-new, in perfect condition as described
