Perfect website to purchase a new phone ! Love this website so much !!! They have good quality customer service!!!

I originally ordered from this website because my Dad had bought a Samsung phone from them without any problem. I tried to order a 64GB "unlocked GSM" LG g6 phone. I first placed the order and called immediately to see if it would work with my T-mobile carrier and they said "Yes it will it is unlocked." Then I received the phone and tried it and it did not work. The customer service kept insisting that it must be "your sim card is defective" however I have been using my sim card for 1.5 years without any problem in my current phone. They then finally agreed to send me another phone if I sent that one back. I sent it back right away customer service told me "we will overnight you a new phone." Thinking it would be "overnighted" I received the phone 11 days later. I called a couple times in between and they kept giving me differing reasons and a tracking number that did not work. I finally received the phone and it was not a 64GB LG G6. It was a 32GB. I called back and they said "we told you there is no 64GB LG phone that works with T-mobile, when you originally called you asked about AT&T" of course this is not true and after going back and forth they NEVER admitted that they had been dishonest and not forthcoming from the beginning. I have had t-mobile for over 15 years it makes no sense why I would have asked that. Also on top of the phone not being what I ordered it came with an HTC charger (that didn't charge the phone effectively) and it had a few scratches on the top so clearly it was not new! So much for "the customer is always right." They finally agreed I could 'return' the phone, however, I am having to pay for the return shipping PLUS a 10%-15% restocking fee. So essentially I ordered a phone that was never given to me and having to pay for it. So think twice before using this website. If the price seems 'too good to be true' it probably is. Don't waste your time. UPDATE: I did receive a refund but it was less 20% of my original cost. They cited that it was a cancellation fee. This makes no sense given I never got a working product so somehow they can still charge you for a product you never got and they didn't have what I needed in the end. Also on their website they say they have a 10% cancellation fee so I didn't even get back all of what I should have.

I did not expect my phone to look new. Expected it to not work properly. It connected with my service without a glitch. This is the best phone ive ever had. I would not have been able to purchase it new. So thank u. I was very skeptical but i recommend cell 2 get to all my friends. Thank u so much.

Finally got a new phone (about time!) This site is better than Amazon or eBay if youre looking to buy a new phone these guys sell phones for such a low price and with the best service around ! Even though I have a new phone and I can now get better pictures I hope that I can finally find a date on tinder !
