great customer service overall ! I had a refurbished phone except a new phone that I ordered I contacted them and they gave me such a great customer service they even have me back the money for the shipping cuz they were sorry and my phone was replaced with a new one and just cuz I had a great customer service I had to rate it 5 stars

This star rating is based on the over all experince. I first must address my conscience and make my apologizes to the gentleman Mr. Melvin Furman. He and I argued over the issue of timely delivery of the purchased item Mr Furman declared on his honor that the package would be delivered on the date he said it would. I did not believe him. I now declare that he is an honorable man of his word. It is a rare day when someone will use the phrase, "I guarantee " Mr. Furnam did so and I must admit , that when said this to me, I sensed an air of truth and conviction. I am currently waiting for the package to arrive soon. I decided not to wait for the package to publicly apologize to this gentlemen for my lack of trust and my undeserving aggressiveness toward him. To be honest, since he and I have become familiar with eachother. I have gaained some respect toward his rough edge way of customer service. He has what is known as huspah! Now the matter regarding the phone is yet to be resolved however I am sure the outcome will result in a amiable end to this saga. I send you my humble respect Mr. Melvin Furman. Eduardo

I got this site recommendation from a friend that bought a phone from these guys at first I was like thinking that maybe these guys are the wish site for third party cellphones that prices seemed like that there selling expansive fake phones but their not and in fact they proved my sceptical head wrong ! I bought the galaxy s9 from them not so long ago but before that I had a s8 that I bought from Verizon so I really didn't need much a new phone but just for the sake of it I got the s9 for the better camera... Anyhow I got the package after 11days via free shipping and the phone came original !!! I even checked it out on Samsung's website to see if this is real and it is ! The phone cost me 200$ less than Verizon and it's unlocked with all the original features I am very happy with these guys overall

Update: I spoke with George on the phone, and he apologized and had me send the phone back with a full refund and shipping paid. Great customer service. I bought a "new" cell phone from them, or at least it said "new" in the description. It was clearly refurbished, with scratches on the camera lens, not in original box, printed and faded user manual, etc. Maybe it was a mistake in on the web, but dishonest nonetheless.
