I this has NEVER happened to me before. I ordered something online and it said it ships within 2-5 days. I never got a shipment email after 10 days. I called and they said it was back ordered and they wouldn't ship it until 4 months later! I actually waited.. They never shipped it and never notified me and I still have yet to hear back from them on a refund. it's been 6 months. They literally stole my money.

I purchased sheets, coverlet and shams. The quality wasn't very good. The coverlet was thin and quite small for a queen mattress. The sheets felt pretty flimsy. Wouldn't buy again.

I purchased a Cielo sectional sofa that cost over $3000. After 1-year the back cushions sunk and no amount of fluffing will fix the issue. There is a design fault with the sofa. I have notified CB2 several times over the years and they never have rectified the problem. They will not post my review on there website, and have removed the other negative reviews on the Cielo sectional pieces too. Buyer beware - CB2 reviews (on their website) are selected. I will never purchase from CB2 again.

Their discount is a scam. They had me give out my friends emails to get a discount, than never gave the discount but started sending my friends junk mail-

Black Friday 11/2018 I purchased a $200 wall tapestry, my order went through with no problems. In December, I received an email saying the product was back ordered until early January. In January, I received an email saying it was back ordered until early February. Today 2/7/2019 I called CB2 customer service and was told I was 2nd on a very long list of customers waiting for this product. Still, I should not expect it to be delivered until the very end of the month or early March, per customer service. I brought to their attention that I ordered this piece 3 months ago. Is it being grown and made from scratch?!? How can they sell products on their website that are back ordered for months? I was told they are having problems with Asian customs. Still, I mentioned that when I purchased the item it did not say back ordered on their site and when I check it now, it still does not say back ordered. I also find it on extremely poor customer service to tell me that I received free shipping and $20 off by using a promo code when I ordered. Does this mean I owe you or make up for taking three months to be delivered? Very rude. I would absolutely recommend not using this store. Also customer service took about 1 hour.

I live in the UK. I want to order a sofa and have requested an international shipping quote on 7 occasions but I have not yet received a reply. I have made a formal complaint to both CB2 and Crate & Barrel but I have not even received an acknowledgement.

For the price, I wasn't super impressed with the quality, even though I like my couch. If it was 30% cheaper I would give a 5 star rating.

Well I didn't read any of this before ordering and now I'm just like the others. This place should be out of business. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had.
