I already left a bad review for my other order. This is for the next order. It again came all messed up with wrong products. Also, I was first charged for a product that was on the back order and then refunded in two days and the product did not come for another three weeks. I do not have a time to be for two hours on the phone or wait for weeks on response via mail. All of a sudden my card got charged again next month, but I already bought another carpet. It was just another mess. I love their products, but I will look for another place. I need a furniture for my house and I love cb2, but with so many issues ordering pillows and rugs, I can only imagine my experience with furniture. They will just send me an elephant instead. Look for other stores.

Echoing what everyone else is saying- terrible logistics and communication with shipping and delivery, which is so disappointing because the product is beautiful! Things are backordered and then backordered some more, but you receive no update from the company unless you sit on their customer service line. I ordered my items at the end of July- they were backordered until early/mid August, and am still waiting for them in mid-October. Once I get the notification that my items are available to schedule delivery, I schedule the delivery thinking I'm going to get both items, however the delivery men show up at my door with one. Schedule a second delivery, and the delivery men show up at my door with half of my item. Both times I've received no notification or update from CB2. Do better! This is particularly disappointing because the product is beautiful, but because this experience in getting the products into my home has been so frustrating, it turns me off from purchasing here again. What a shame!

I ordered some furniture 7 weeks ago. I have still not received the items and no one can even tell me when they will be in stock. The customer service is a joke. The person literally told me they don't know when I will receive the items. The worst part is they already charged me.

Do not order!!! I purchased a couch, a desk and a coffee table 7 weeks ago online and still haven't received any. Every time I contact customer service they give me an "estimated" date of when the couch will be in stock. They will not give me an exact date. The date keeps getting extended later and later. Don't waste your time. Purchase from somewhere else.

I ordered 3 items. 31 days later I have 1 of those items, with no hardware the other 2 they are showing as delivered but I have never received them. They don't have it together over there, and to hold on to thousands of dollars of someones money is absurd and not deliver the items. CB2 isn't what they used to be and so I'll be filing a compliant for fraud on Amex.

Remarkably poor customer service. I ordered a small in-stock item and paid for express shipping. I received an email with tracking info (much later than promised) but the nothing was ever sent out. A tracking number search showed FEDEX had never gotten the package. I called CB2 on multiple occasions and it was impossible to get through to anyone - I even left my number in their call-back system but no one contacted me. Unacceptable.

I worked with Phyliss in the Philadelphia store. I had a few issues with my order and she was quick to respond. My difficulties were fixed promptly. She was very pleasant to work with. My items are beautiful and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Today will be my last day purchasing from CB2. 3 weeks my order has been in processing, no emails, no call. I emailed 5 days ago, no response. Called customer service today, they are experiencing a large call volume. Opted to have a call back. Person who called back was not interested and distracted. Someone kept interrupting us as I was speaking to her, like a child. Very odd. I was informed Items have been ready for 3 weeks. Kind of at a loss of words. In a world of heavy competition in retail and especially online, CB2 and ultimately Crate and Barrel will suffer due to a lack of excellence and basic care factor. And by the way my order was $4000. Just not good enough! By the way I have a back order as well which I will now cancel.
