EasyJet Car Hire via their website using Flizzr and Sixt in Majorca is completely and simply a scam, booked and paid for the car with comprehensive insurance via the EasyJet website via their agent Flizzr, this was serviced subsquently by Sixt at Palma, having paid initially £268 for the small car for 5 days, was charged additionally a further £285 by Sixt for their additional comprehensive insurance, to avoid future unknown charges that maybe made at the cars return. What a complete scam, rip off, dishonest process... I won't be using any of the companies again.

Very simple - misleading website leads to mis selling of bogus insurance. You think you are reducing your excess but are in fact buying unrequited insurance with a 3rd party (not the hire car). Total scam. Customer service at EasyJet doesn’t care

Its a scam. I fly to Milan and then they want to take 1000€ from my credit card with i dont have. I have to pay a mês car on Europe car and o have NO refund of the money.

Hired a car from Goldcar via Easyjet. Beware of misinterpreting the insurance terms!!! On arrival, I was told that the car had only third-party cover. I was further told that the additional, expensive, insurance I bought expensively via Easyjet only covered a modest excess (E1400), and that I would have to pay for most of value of the car if I caused serious damage to the car. I was, in effect, pressurised into paying an additional E166 for one week additional insurance. This turned out to be a VERY EXPENSIVE deal. Avoid booking via Easyjet. The whole arrangement is confusing, the excess terms very unclear, and the whole thing is out of your control. You are MUCH BETTER OFF making your own arrangements - but certainly not with Goldcar.

I booked a vehicle on Saturday afternoon 25/2/2023 online around 15:30. I arrived at my destination on 27/2/2023 and did not need the vehicle so i went to the rental office at 10:00 to say i no longer required the car. The cancellation was was at the office and i was asked to follow up a refund with Easyjet/cartrawler. I emailed cartrawler and they have rejected my cancellation as they said it was not within the 48hr window. I said to them it was as you can clearly see by the time i received the confirmation email and cancellation. They then followed on when pointed this out, that you have to cancel online on the booking manager !!! so they have refused to issue a refund or voucher. So i would not recommend easyjet/cawtrawler as they are not interested in retaining customers... No cancellations are allowed after the time and date the car was due to be picked up. All cancellations should be made online via the Manage Booking page prior to the scheduled pick-up time and not with the car rental provider. Awful car hire experience. Local agent OKMobility. Off airport, infrequent buses, surly staff, rip off charges. Do not use.

Feel well and truly scammed. Car hired through easyJet and from OKmobility. Car hire and insurance seemed about average and it's nice to have a car waiting at your destination... Until. We go to pick the car up and get told by the hire company that the insurance we paid is useless and doesn't cover even minor scratches and each and every minor scratch will cost us several hundred pounds unless we take out their own insurance at a cost of over £200.00. Will never use either company for car hire again.

4 stars for Easyjet flights. 0 stars for cars rental SurPrice is not returning the money due for rental cancellation and charges extra money. 427 Euro charged for a car never rented. STAY AWAY!!!!
