Das Kundenservice Team ist ohne Verantwortung und ohne Engagement für ihre Kunden. Nun hat das Team seine Kunde belogen und vernachlässigt. Das customer car team ist nicht glaubwürdig!!! Mehr als eine Enttäuschung!!! Am 21.12.2022 hat eine Peggy von dem Team mir per Mail mitgeteilt, dass eine Erstattung von EUR 75.16 in 25 Werkt agen auf meine Kreditkarte gutgeschrieben wird. Aber bis heute 30.12.2023 ist nichts passiert. Was für ein customer car team von Easyjet? They would not let me rent a car I had paid for, because I had old , valid paper licence , a valid passport and a suitable credit card . Easy Jet claim it's nothing to do with them , although I paid the money to them

No one will help they just keep you money and cancel your booking. TERRIBLE SCAM

ik werd bij het inchecken meteen op de reserve lijst gezet vlucht zou overboekt zijn. Reisde met een groep werd hier dus uitgehaald. Bij de gate moeten wachten met veel stress wel of niet mee mogen. Gelukkig mocht ik wel mee en kom je in het vliegtuig zie je dat er meer dan 5 lege stoelen zijn. Ik moet zeggen was op tijd niet de laatste die incheckte maar werd er volgens mij gewoon uitgepikt. Pak de laatste die ingecheckt wordt zou wel wat beter zijn of zorg dat er niet wordt overboekt. Vlucht van pisa naar Amsterdam. op 24 juni 19.35 uur.

Wish I'd read reviews before I used Easyjet car hire. DO NOT USE THEM. Car hire is via EasyJet's agent, Cartrawler, who are quite happy to breach their own Terms and Conditions, but not refund your money for doing so. I had an awful experience at Alicante Airport. BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Do not use easyJet car hire. My wife who doesn’t have a licence and her sister (who does). Took a trip to teneriefe. I hired a car for their stay through easyJet. They arrived to collect the vehicle and were told only my wife could drive as she is the named driver. Again my wife has no licence. I had input all the relevant details for her sister and on their website before travel and was still refused. Therefore they did not receive a vehicle. I have since been advised I am not getting a refund and they are sorry. I now have to take legal action. A company this big with backstreet morals

My easyjet flight ended up being 2.5 hours delayed meaning the office I was meant to collect my rental car from would be closed at the destination airport. I eventually got in contact with Avis to explain the situation on the phone and asked to cancel my booking as I would need to make alternative arrangements. It turns out this is a breach of easyjets t&c’s (qualifies as a no show) so absolutely no refund was offered. Would have been the same cost to book directly through Avis and wouldn’t have had this problem. Would not recommend!
