So Luggage allowance for easyJet is now the 45x36x20.....how tiny can this be ?????
Easyjet know this cabin size that everyone has now cannot be used,so want you to use hold luggage to charge more.
This is just not on.we are all fed up with these airlines pissing us all off with one charge after another..
Give us a break. Every manufacturer of these small suitcases are prob fedup as well.
56 is a reasonable size of cabin luggage..

Airlines trying to charge customer more than what they think
I have traveled away from home for work for 20 years now I have retired and still take the same bag with me that has fitted at my feet and above locker, they are not telling me. It’s too big, but it still fits , into their required limits with push .
Also, when I was all my outward journey I cut my arm on the door to the toilet had a sharp edge well of the members of Staff treated it to say professionally. Four weeks later, I still have a whole on my forearm, I saw whenever an accident was lodged. I might have got some sort of email or correspondence as an apology, but zero.

Je constate ensuite sur mon relevé bancaire un retrait de 163,35€ émanant de HERTZ de espana sa las rozas mad. Comment puis-je récupérer cette somme indue.

Car hire Malaga airport booked through easyjet with firefly car hire
Car hire Malaga airport. Firefly car hire booked through easyjet. Firstly, the car hire process was easy and simple and the car I hired was clean, drove well, and was what we asked for. Hence 2 stars. My complaint is the mis-sold additional products, namely something called the SCDWK. And when I co.plained to easyjet they advised me that as I had signed the agreement the there is nothing they can do and the dispute is between myself and firefly. So not very helpful considering they are selling the car hire, all be it as a third party. And as you will see, it relates to products, namely additional insurance, which I purchased with easyjet but was charged again for by firefly. So my experience and complaint. At the time of picking up the car I upgraded my vehicle at a reasonable cost of €5 a day. As I had already paid the original full rental cost plus additional insurance cover when I booked it through easyjet, I was advised that I would be charged an extra €50 (10 days at €5 for the upgrade) and an additional €189.60 to be held on my card which will be refunded when I return the vehicle. So I thought nothing more of this. Until I return home and found I had charged a total of €308.66 on my card. When reviewing my agreement I realised this was for the upgrade charge, the SCDWK, something called an APT charge and 21% VAT (again, looking back this was not clear that the prices quoted did not included VAT). I can live with the VAT but the SCDWK is a charge that I contest is a product that I was mis-sold at the time of transaction. After complaining to both firefly and to easyjet, the response I have received is that as I signed the contract, I have agreed to the terms and the products added on. No recognition that I have said I was mis-sold the product. It was only when I googled the SCDWK charge that I realised it was an additional excess insurance cover. So this is even more frustrating because like I said earlier, I had already paid for a similar product through easyjet. My only conclusion is that the representatives at the firefly hire office take advantage of travel weary tourists (we had been up since 2am with 2 young children travelling) and that tourists don't fully understand all the product add ons. They are also probably on commision to sell these additional products without any fear that it will be questioned once the agreement is signed. I will not use them again. Advise anyone booking to check and question all the charges if they do use firefly, or just use another company with a better track record and better reviews. I wish I had done my research but I assumed going through easyjet, who I've never had issues with before, my experience would be better.

Islamophobic or won't hire to US / CA / AU / NZ etc?!
Very disappointing, dishonest and possibly Islamophobic experience.
I read the car hire Ts & Cs very carefully as I knew my UK licence had recently expired and DVLA had told me they were 'experiencing difficulties' issuing new ones. I also have a current licence from Saudi Arabia which clearly shows my name, date of birth and a future expiry date in English (as well as Arabic). I could've used my travel buddy's details but went ahead and booked in my name. Despite my passport, Saudi and UK licences and credit card all matching, the desk clerk said they only hire cars on UK or EU driver licences - this is ludicrous and was not mentioned until this point. I called Easyjet car hire / car trawlers who said nice words, apologising that there was nothing they could do but explaining a simple refund policy for which they'd send a link. I then weighed up the relative benefits of another hire contract in my buddy's name or taking taxis. (We chose the latter to attend a friend's wedding.)
On returning from my holiday I was met with resistance to refund my wasted booking. Nothing would be repaid. Stone wall, except to say they are sorry if I am disappointed.

Valeting a hire car before returning …
Having booked my car hire through EasyJet, pick up and drop off were very easy, with courteous staff. HOWEVER - I was not told, at any point when picking up the car from Dollar at Bordeaux airport, that I would need to have it valeted before bringing it back. I was then charged 84 euros upon car return for ‘damage’, ie SAND IN THE CAR. What a rip off. In all my years of hiring a car abroad I have never been penalised for this.
