Theft! Easyjet uses OK Mobility Menorca - disgraceful! Following a bus trip from the airport to the car rental company, I waited in a queue that did not move for ages, so decided to leave (via return bus to the airport and then a taxi) to honour a dinner booking and return the next day to collect the car. Well, the queue was even worse - people camping out on the pavement. There was an automated queuing system - you had to get a number before the long wait to have the pleasure of speaking to a representative. When I returned my booking reference was no longer on the system, so no queue number and no chance of speaking to anyone! I returned to the airport and had a most pleasant experience renting from Europcar - no queue, cars at the airport (I actually received a car...).

Booked using debit card when got to rental desk after waiting hour and half as their system was Down was told can’t have car as needed credit card that’s it no help just no. Then I rang easyJet was around another hour told was to late to cancel as passes time of booking even tho been waiting over two hours stuck with two young kids absolute joke no help whatsoever then had to get taxi to and back from hotel so altogether for car that I never got cost over five hundred pounds would never use these again

Easyjet car hire .... terrible they farm out the car hire to cheap rubbish third party companies. i had to queue for two hours to collect the car, this was following a three hour flight delay. i was finally sent out with a bashed up car that had a puncture noted in tiny print on the contract. i was faced with a flat tyre one morning and discovered that the emergency repair kit had already been used, this cost me two days of my short break trying to resolve this issue and ended up paying for a new tyre, this i was told would be refunded but it is impossible to contact easyjet car hire.. totally useless.

Avoid EasyJet car rental if you don't want to waste your money: Like many others, I booked and paid with EasyJet car rental, a car from GoldCar (might be the same with other bad car rental company). Hidden among many lines in the booking note was a mention that a credit card would be required. Here's the "trick": I, like many, use a debit card and didn't notice that only a credit card would be accepted. So, I paid in full for a 5-day rental with by Debit Card Visa Gold on the easyjet website, and arrived few months later at the front desk of GoldCar and then was informed by GoldCar that my Visa Gold debit card wasn't accepted (as noted in the booking note, hidden among many lines). Despite paying for 5 days, I was left without a car and no option for a refund. Both GoldCar and EasyJet car rental are aware that they catch many clients this way; otherwise, they would clearly highlight this requirement in red or use a special note to ensure clients are well-informed. Instead, they prefer to keep the money and the car. This deceptive practice seems to be their business model—just look at all the comments from "tricked" clients. (Don't make my mistake; read the comments first). It's not a sustainable model, but it might be good enough for them.

Des frais supplémentaires à cause du retard de la compagnie EASYJET du même groupe. A cause d'un retard de plus d'1 heure de la compagnie. Nous avons récupéré notre voiture en dehors des heures d'ouvertures qui a généré 50 € de frais hors ouverture normale. Nous avions pourtant contacté le centrale pour prévenir et nous nous avions confirmé que pas de soucis l'agence serait ouverte à l'arrivée sans frais supplémentaire. Il faut ajouter 100 € de frais supplémentaire pour surclassement car le véhicule n'avait pas été conservé (soit disant en 1h d'intervalle). Surclassement qui n'en est pas un car proposition d'une renault caputr au lieu d'une seat leon de même gamme. On nous proposait sinon un fiat 500 pour le même tarif de la réservation avec 2 enfants et 3 valises... Dernier point contact de l'opérateur qui me dit pas de soucis nous prendrons en charges car nous avons confirmé par téléphone.... au final après création d'un dossier on refuse car normal de facturé en dehors des heures normales et j'ai signé le surclassment donc j'ai accepté point : "un contrat engage". j'ai pourtant signé un contrat avec easyjet pour un heure d'arrivée qui elle n'a pas respecté son engagement/ Prix attractif mais zéro service

My partner booked us a holiday to Tenerife with love holiday’s the holiday itself was brilliant but easy jet are con artists we was an hour late taking off 7th August 2023. Then coming back a week later we kept getting messages on the information board saying flight delayed then several hours later the flight was cancelled . We was put up in a crap hotel who when booking in we were told that was the 3rd time that the easyJet had cancelled flights that week we had to pay the taxi fare to the hotel . With the ground staff telling us lies that we could re claim the taxi fare . When we took off the next day over the tannoy it was announced as an apology we were allowed £3 each towards refreshments the cheapest thing was £3-25 . Then the pilot apologised with a load of lies . Saying how he tried landing twice the day before but the wind was too strong and when he finally landed he was then told he was to fly to Liverpool and not Gatwick the thing was Ryanair and Jet 2 managed to land 3 planes between them so it proved what the pilot said was lies . My partner tried to claim some compensation as we were more than 3 hours past our original time but the poor airline easy jet said it wasn’t their fault so they would not pay compensation . So I would advice anyone to give easyJet a wide berth .

It’s difficult to give even one star. Our flight was delayed by 2.5 hours and when we arrived to collect a car at Faro airport the car office was closed. The next day I telephoned for 2 hours and was unable to get through. The next day I went to the airport to collect the car only to be told the car was canceled and I had lost my money. How is that fair??? What a scamming dishonest company. I have always been a fan of easyjet but the partners they are working with are really damaging the brand. So disappointed, out of pocket and absolutely livid. Ruined my holiday with my 84 year old mother and my kids.

We booked and had issues with providing a physical credit card - notably, it was lost stolen and not back in time. Gave alternates like trying to change driver to someone in our group that had everthing required and the operator said no. No apple pay cards, no debit card. Said to speak to EasyJet which I understand now means haha - you lost your money! EJ, they offered no support - kept quoting no refund policy nothing alternative seemed very happy to pocket the money. They shouldn’t be allowed to keep money for no service, it doesn’t work like this anywhere else. Going to report scam to the bank but not expecting anything
