Carpet One by Henry
Jeff was knowledgeable and helpful in making the right decision for purchasing the carpet. All of the contacts were favorable with Carpet one by Henry. The young boys who helped install the carpet were polite, and cooperative in moving furniture back where desired. The negative was the person in charge of installation. He was not very professional in his manner, impatient with request, and clean up was not complete. We had to sweep the garage and driveway where the carpet was cut. He seemed to be in a hurry. We would use Carpet One by Henry again, but ask for another installer. Ron and Rachel Hilbert

Rachel ~ I appreciate you taking time to talk with me about your concerns this morning. All feedback is good, whether positive or negative - without it, we have no measuring stick of how well we are doing or what we need to look at changing. I hope you have a great weekend - Teresa Ridge Sales & Marketing Director Carpet One By Henry

Sales staff was diligent but not annoying. Installation crew did a good job. Only complaint was it took way longer to get carpet in and install than what was projected.

The Stair guys were great
The Stair guys were great! They were in and out in an hour and they cleaned up very well after they finisihed the installation.

Ed & Sally ~ We get complements on our stair guys all the time. They do some beautiful work. Our average installer has been with us for over 19 years, so they have had plenty of practice. We are so glad that you were pleased and we look forward to helping you with any other flooring needs in the future. The staff at Carpet One By Henry

I have had challenges with a number of re-modelers in the past and I cannot tell you how awesome it was to have such a professional crew, I kept waiting for a problem to occur, it never did. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at and with Carpet One by Henry! I've already been sharing their name with others and will continue to do so.

Kris & Dana ~ We really appreciate your willingness to share your experience with others. Henry Scott, our owner, built this business on quality and it pleases him to know that we "still have it" after 40 years plus of doing business. We will certainly pass along your comments to our crews. Thank you The staff of Carpet One By Henry
