Astor & Brenda ~ Thank you for the 5 star review. We work very hard to help our guests enjoy their experience in our store. Henry Scott, our owner built this business over 40 years ago with the mindset that the customer always comes first, and I know he will be pleased to read this review. Great customer service
Great customer service. Had a runner shortened and binned. It took two weeks.

Thank you for the feedback concerning your runner. Our average turn around time is typically two weeks and I certainly hate that this was not explained to you at your time of purchase. I do however, hope that you were pleased with our workmanship. We do appreciate your time in giving us useful feedback such as this. The Staff at Carpet One By Henry

From my initial visit until the delivery of my purchases, this was a very positive experience. You have a great product selection and also did a beautiful job on resizing and binding my area rug. Thank you!

So little care for customer's home
Sales team was good. We had two installation teams. The one that did our stair runner did a fine job. The crew that did the rest of the work (den, three bedrooms and hall) treated our house very poorly and were unprofessional. The carpet appears to be installed correctly -- the eating food in an upstairs bedroom on the new carpet, dirty handprint smeared on the door, and the mess left from going to the bathroom without lifting the seat, however, were like nothing we've seen with workers in our home. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

Excellent Job
From my very first phone call, I was pleased . The two installers were right on time, worked constantly and did an excellent job of installing the marmoleum kitchen floor. My only complaint is that I didn't realize that the Farbo floor was only 1/8th of an inch thick. When I chose the color from the samples, the product looked thicker. This was no fault of Carpet One.

Jacque ~ We appreciate your feedback. We will remind our salespeople that we need to be going over the wood thickness with our customers, to prevent any confusion in the future. I am glad to hear that the installation went well. We do appreciate your time to send us good construction feedback. Customers like you make us better. The staff at Carpet One By Henry
