Each individual with whom I worked was very professional. Matt mapped out each piece I was ordering going over all the details so I knew exactly what to expect. Emily made an appointment for the installation, and each area rug was measured to fit the rooms precisely. The runner up the steps was installed by a skilled craftsman. Because it is a geometric pattern, it looks almost like a work of art! I highly recommend Carpet One by Henry!

Great experience from start to finish
Thomas was thorough in showing me around the showroom, helping me to narrow down my selection. He was prompt for the measuring appointment at my house. The installers were very professional, the installation went perfectly, and we are very pleased with the quality of the carpet.

I've purchased wood flooring, vinyl and carpeting from Carpet One for two separate water damage claims in the last four years. The sales people were extremely helpful even when I called to change my order. Their contractors were competent and friendly and even assisted in moving furniture for me. I would definitely recommend Carpet One.

Janice ~ We really hate to hear about the insurance claims, however we are very happy to hear that you were pleased with your new floors. Good things can come from bad situations. We will be sure and pass along your kind words to our installers. They get great reviews all the time, which makes us happy. Our average installation crew has been with us for over 19 years and we are so forunate to have them. Thanks again and have a wonderful weekend. The staff at Carpet One By Henry

Carpet One
Have used them for years. Wouldn't use any one else. They did a great job on my hardwood floors and were prompt and polite. Bought one carpet and had it bound and it looks great.
