Very fast and friendly service.
They were of great assistance in deciding whether a bought product was genuine or counterfeit. Really fast and friendly customer service. Also...their fragrances are the best!

When all else fails, Customer Service saves the day
When ordering my dress the page was having glitches with what sizing was available. Customer Service was there to help me ensure I checked out right away. When sending back my return, I didn't see a refund over a month after they received it. Then I talked to Customer Service and they expedited the return, which I instantly saw in my CC account.

Never delivered $13k dress
In December I purchased a $12,990 evening gown at the Carolina Herrera in Manhattan. I asked if I could take the dress home that day. They said no and that they would have it sent to me by the second week in January. By the second week in February I still hadn’t received the dress or heard from anyone at the store. By then I no longer needed the dress and filed a dispute with my credit card company. The sales people lied to my credit card company saying I took the dress home the day I purchased the dress. The lie was fraud and clearly against the law. I am still fighting them through my credit card. They are vicious liars and completely indecent people.

Online order & customer service
I had made an order through the website and after checking out I had forgotten to add a code that would include a free plush bag. I then sent a message through to customer service and had the lovely Natalie pick up my query. Natalie K went above and beyond to assist me with my query and even managed to get the plush bag sorted so it can also be sent with the original order. To say I am over the moon is an understatement 😊..Natalie K made my day! Excellent service!!
