I had a very difficult time trying to purchase something from the Carolina Herrera website but when I contacted customer service NERISSA was AMAZING every step of the way. She kept me informed and maintained contact with me even after my order was received. I wish everyone was like this with customers. She really is the best of the best!!!

Absolutely brilliant customer service…
Absolutely brilliant customer service by Daisy S! When I made a mistake on my order she had it rectified within hours. I just wish more companies could be this efficient and polite. Thank you Daisy.

Forgot to add free gift
So today I contacted Carolina Herrera as when I ordered some perfume I forgot to add a free gift .. a lovely lady called Christine was extremely helpful and kept in contact with everything that was been dealt with her customer service was impeccable so thankyou again Christine … I love Carolina Herrera products and will Definitely be buying more knowing that if there is any problem I know personally it will be dealt with swiftly and promptly…
