I have went on two carnival cruises and they were both amazing! I love to go on vacation and let someone else drive, their are planned activities and food included in the price. I had to cancel my last cruise due to unforeseeable circumstances. I was accommodated by the carnival cruise staff and my pro rated refund was returned to my account within 48 hours. I called to request a refund check and it was processed the same day. I received my refund within 5 days. I trust this cruise line and I will book a family cruise 🚢 for my next vacation.

I boarded the Carnival Cruise Breeze Ship on Saturday, July 13th. My cruise was from Saturday, July 13th to Saturday, July 20th. On Friday, July 19th I had gone to dinner in the Sapphire Dining Room at about 6 PM that evening. After dinner, I headed back to my cabin/stateroom and took a shower to start getting ready for bed. Once I got out of the shower I noticed it was extremely hot in my room. I had sweat drenching from my face and I immediately knew something was wrong. I began to tell myself that the air conditioner unit was broken. I called guest services at 8:00 PM and told them that my stateroom was very hot and that I believed the air conditioning unit needed to be fixed. The lady I spoke with at guest services told me that a technician would be to my room number 6469 in about 10 to 20 minutes. I waited in the hallway and noticed that many other guests staying on deck 6 had the same issue as me and my family. 30 minutes had passed so I decided to call back once again to follow up on if the technician was actually coming and she gave me the exact response of "Oh he'll be on his way soon" and acted very careless. I waited 3 hours it wasn't until 4 AM when the technician arrived and told us that the air conditioning unit in my room and the back of the Carnival Breeze ship was broken. We asked for a fan to put in our stateroom to help cool it off and the steward lady told us that there were no more fans. I just don't understand how a cruise ship with over 3,000 passengers runs out of fans. We had to leave open our balcony door and main entrance door just to be able to sleep. I am very disappointed this was my first cruise and will be my last cruise with the Carnival Cruise Line. I felt as if they didn't care about our situation and didn't want to help either. If you are planning to cruise I suggest you don't cruise with Carnival.

During the entire trip when you walked toward the Aft the hallways on the 2nd level had a horrendous odor. In passing down these hallways everyone talked about the odor and how bad it smelled. Unfortunately, not only did the hallways reap of this odor but in my daughter’s cabin, this odor was magnified. It smelled like raw sewage (see attached documents of the daily and many complaints). Even people of the first and third floor complained of the odor. I guess, Instead of dumping their mess in the ocean, they are holding it on board and dumping it in the quests rooms. But what makes this situation worse it the fact that Carnival is not willing to compensate you for the fact that you can't stay in your room. They will not even offer you an upgrade in your room neither will they refund you your money. So, if you don't mind being treated like this and throwing away money, then I guess you will not mind Carnival. However, if you believe you should be valued as a customer then sail with another cruise line.

The Customer Service is horrible. Carnival Cruise Lines ARE CROOKS!!!!! THEY OVER CHARGE YOU, if you catch them and they say they gave you a refund THEY LIE they are only saying that to get you out of their lines. when you get home and still see the problem isnt fixed they still try to make excuses not to pay you your money. DO NOT CRUISE WITH CARNIVAL IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

in April 2019 I have booked for a short cruise to the Carrebians for me, my wife, my 4 years old daughter and 2 years old boy. We have paid $2281 for this cruise. On May 18th, we shoed up to the port but the Carnival boarding team denied our boardnig to the ship. they kept us waiting for 3 hours, without saying what is the problem and what are they checking for. after 3 hours of waiting, the boarding team said that they deny our boarding, without giving us any explanation, and asked us to leave the port. They just said there was a problem with my wif;e travel documents but did not explain what was the problem and were not specific. They were very rude and asked us to leave the port. This was so disappointing and the kids got frustrated. Later on, I called and emailed customer service to explore more about the problem but no body gave any answers and they refused to reimburse us the travel costs. I have tried several times to contact the reviews team via email but they refuse to reimburse the money. all the group members have non American passports, but we all have legal passports and valid visas to be in USA. obviously the boarding team and customer service teams have no idea about how to deal with foreign passports. Again, we all have valid passports and visas and we should have not been denied from boarding to the ship. We deserve reimbursement for the travel costs and upon that reimbursement for the frustration and disappointment.

Great time with Carnival, we went on the Carnival Freedom on the western 7 day Caribbean cruise and i would recommend Carnival to anyone.. the only thing i would change is my room, it was pretty small and next time we are spending some more scratch to get a bigger room with a balcony!

No information on booking as to which terminal ship sails from so phoned helpline, only to be kept on hold for 12 minutes and still no answer. Did not realise that it was costing me 7p a minute. Bad start

I was to cruise on February 4. Got to long beach and to find out I had lost my driver's license so i went to the dmv to replace my drivers license and got a replacement.. Then got to port to find out that my paper license wouldn't work so contacted dmv again in Sacramento said they could fax a picture to port authorities. To fax a picture of my actual drivers license picture. I was told there wouldn't be enough time before boarding the ship. If id known on Saturday things would have come through and i would have been able to board the ship. If id known on Saturday i could have had all documents required for boarding. Lost my trip and all the money for gas 7 hrs each direction. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis last year .trying to cruise before i lost ability to walk. I spent all the money i had to go on this trip. Can you Please help me make this trip possible again
