We were 19 people including 13 kids and young adults traveling from Copenhagen to Miami to cruise on the Glory. We chose Glory because of the waterslides. First day of the cruise they covered it in blue plastic and cut the whole slide down. We were lying by the pool in noice and smoke, and everything was full of kids with nowhere else to go. They knew it way before but chose not to inform anybody. To save money on drydock, they chose to ruin 1000´s of peoples vacation. Its unacceptable. We were compensated with a small bag of gummibears and a 5 dollar card to the arcades. They prommised us we could be sendt home and get a replacement cruise next year, until they fully understood the price of sending 19 people to europe. If you ever want to go cruising, look at the reviews and chose a different company. Carnival couldnt care less of their commitments to their clients. For us 19 people, its NEVER Carnival again.

I have done many cruises and this latest experience with P&O on the Britannia is proving to be a pain. Firstly its for my mothers 70th Birthday, so thought I would plan ahead. Advise - Do not book early. I paid a premium for booking early and saw the cruise advertised at a much lower price months later. When I questioned this i was told that its part of the fluid pricing policy and fares can go up or down. I have been watching these now for a few months and they don't seem to go up? I booked a specific cabin as I know where the preferred location is for my mother and her walker. I asked that we be near the lifts and our room was allocated. I have even filled out the disability questionnaire to get assistance getting to and from the cruise terminal. I am now being told that someone would have mention an upgrade option and P&O have decided with 6 weeks to go that they will move us. Far from acceptable, so now arguing about our selected cabin. P&O are saying 'You'll have to accept the new room'. Advise - Say no to an upgrade, they're not likely to give you a suite. Its just moving you around the ship to get the best use of the cabins. Overall i would make sure that you confirm everything twice and email customer services to make sure they know your thoughts and that you don't wish to change or move cabins. So frustrating, come on P&O sort it out.

I am a single woman and have an opportunity to go on a Western Carribean cruise in December. I called Carnival to inquire about prices. I was told that I had to pay for double occupancy even though it's just myself in the room. I understand paying a little bit more but having to pay for 2 people???? I think that's a little over the top. I feel like I am being punished for being single at this time. When I asked more questions the sales rep asked me why I just don't share a room with my brother and sister in law. Really?? A little ackward maybe?? I asked for a few perks since I am paying double occupancy and was denied everything. I am eating for one, drinking beverages for one and everything else. I feel carnival should review this policy on having to pay double for those who don't have partners or simply just want to travel alone.

Booked a cruise on the Carnival Magic through the Carnival site. I got a good price and was able to pick the room I wanted but there were a couple of issues. First and foremost I had no ability to make a partial payment, I had to pay in full upfront. Second prices seemed to move by the hour. I could have one window open and open the site up in another window and get a different price which was frustrating. The cruise was great and the service was as expected.

Sometimes I like peace but I tried carnival through cruisevoucher for next to nothing and was very surprised how good service and food was

This cruise really hooked me…had a great time. It had something for everyone. fabulous breakfast and lunch… It was great for all of us to get together and enjoy mealtime. Overall, I think Carnival offers a great value for your money…
