The Carnival Adventure Staff for my 9-night cruise, Sydney up to Great Barrier Reef, were fantastic across the Ship, smiling and helpful if you had any questions, which I had as a first time Cruiser. A big shout out to Edgardo my wonderful Cabin Steward 11615 who was always so friendly and always working so hard, who left my room perfectly, with a different towel animal each day :), and also took the time to leave me a lovely mirror birthday wish. A special thanks also for great service from Charmaine at the Avalon Cafe Deck 5 and the New Zealand Ice creamery Deck 14. I wish them all well for the future. Anne

I went on the carnival pride and i loved it it’s a great family cruise, I loved my cruise director Chrissy. It is small able to navigate and just the atmosphere is amazing. It’s not the biggest but it still gives you a good experience

Went on cruise Dec 27 forgot to cash out casino received email of balance but never received. $1079 always give excuse they’re behind in refunding but going on 7 months

My husband and I had an amazing time. We did a 6 night cruise to the Caribbean. The ship Carnival Magic was very clean and the Stateroom Attendant Ni was absolutely the best. The only experience that wasn’t pleasant was the rain and luggage getting wet to the point my top layer of clothes were damp and my Coach sandals being destroyed because the staff handling the bags.

I have cruised on several occasions with Carnival. I have two cruises booked in the future and am looking to book more. I have read many of the one star and two star reviews on this site. Some appear legitimate bit many appear to be Karen's demanding special treatment. These people want to blame their own ignorance or incompetence on the cruise line. Read and research before purchasing any product. You Tube has many bloggers to answer your cruising questions. Buy travel insurance, return to the ship on time when in port, research guides not associated with the cruise line. Main dining room takes time, enjoy the experience. There are thousands of videos available to help you plan your cruise and avoid rookie first time cruise mistakes, I see many reviewers complaining about. Children and some adults make getting in a hot tub akin to taking a dip in a cesspool. With so may things to do I would suggest never getting into a hot tub that have been used by strangers. You can read cruise ship company policy on every website. They have a policy to covering almost every situation that has ever arisen. New problems are rare but when they happen they will be added to the company policy. I am tired of coming to this site looking for trustworthy reviews and finding one and two star reviews written by people that want the world to bow down and give them everything they ask for no matter how unjustified. My experience with Carnival has been wonderful. They have taken care of every legitimate issue I have ever had.

Sail on Sunrise march 2024 Loved the ship, the food and the ports.

I was on enchanment of the sea June 16-22 2024 this year . I took Uber and everything went smooth arriving. I didn't know the boat had a shuttle till it was too late . Needs to be reserved 4 weeks before . It was very rocky and the only excursions I booked was cancelled due to the weather. Food was good . I didn't buy the extra food choices and glad because I was very pleased with the DR and buffet . Entertainment was comedian and juggler which I enjoyed but I didn't like the musicals. Just not my thing . I bought the drinking package and glad I did. Massage was worth every penny but hated the high sales pressure. Leaving the cruise I had no problems . Staff was wonderful and I'll go again. It's a older ship which limited the part scene which was fine with me

I have been on 13 cruises with Carnival and I have never had the experience that some of the one star people are posting. A lot of things are policy and is clearly stated in the contract when people book. Also, people should immediately get their trip insured once they book (ie travel insurance) so that if they MUST cancel for a valid reason they are covered. I also notice that some of the reviews encourage people to book on Royal Caribbean, NCL or MSC. Beware of those reviews as well because they maybe fake. Overall there are some things that this company could change, but we have had more good experiences than bad. Here are a list of ships I’ve been on: Elation Fascination Freedom Glory Valor (three times) Triumph Breeze (two times) Dream Vista Mardi Gras As I stated, we have minimal complaints and have had more good times than bad! Definitely recommend this cruise line for families!
