The service could not have been any better, Marty Burkhart was not only very knowledgeable but helpful. He took time to answer all out question and concerns as well as offer advice. The compassion and professionalism at which he did his job was very reassuring and it made making a decision on which facility was best for my dad easier. Thanks Marty Sincerely Clarence a. Muse

I was at a loss until the rehab facility suggested that I call Care Patrol. Sarah was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We are just awaiting my husband’s release from rehab, so that he can get settled in! Thank you!

Charles Crowley was outstanding in helping me find a memory care community on short notice. He worked tirelessly and was always available to talk to me and give me the straight information on communities in the area. In addition, Charles was also there to provide support during an very difficult time. Helping families is not a job for Charles, it is an avocation. I cant thank him enough for all his help.

Your always on top of things thank you

I can't say enough about the help I received from Anna McMaster of CarePatrol in the Austin area. Anna was patient when I first started the process of moving my mom to Austin last year, then again when I had to move her to assisted living. Anna worked with me to be sure that we found a place where Mom would be comfortable and well-cared for, keeping track of the multiple special requests and considerations that I brought up. It's clear that Anna cares about her clients and wants them to be happy and safe. I would not hesitate to call her again if I ever need to move my mom to a different facility.

Myra was amazing through the process. I’ve already recommended Care Patrol to a friend and a social worker.
