Care patrol was very prompt in returning our calls. Follow up recommendations all met the criteria we were pursuing. All response by care patrol was very timely. We are glad that care patrol was our help providers and we’re able to move our parents soon after our initial contact.

Very helpful, genuine, & caring. Took a lengthy, detailed process and made it efficient, short and with reliable results. Todd gave us choices based on the budget and our overall needs, then set up appointments and accompanied us on those. With no time on my own to arrange these things, Todd probably saved us lots of time and money in choosing a home for my parent.

Connie did an outstanding job of finding the facility to which we are moving and stayed with us through the entire process of registering for the move. it was a pleasure to work with her. B

Working within a senior services program it is very comforting to know someone like Care Patrol is just a phone call away. Care Patrol has handled several cases for our senior services team when things didn't look like they would happen. Care Patrol works beside you all the way to the end and for that I thank them. Cherokee Senior Services will always refer to the great team with Care Patrol.

I would highly recommend Rob and his wife for another help needed in placing a loved one in an ALF, MC or any other issue. Sam & Marty Melbourne, FL

CarePatrol helped us navigate the world of memory care facilities to find one that fit my father well. Informative, caring, knowledgable. Definitely recommend!

Care Patrol was a lifesaver in a time that you feel the most vulnerable, they were there for our family and guided us every step of the way. I do not know how I would have navigated my way through this without their help. I am forever grateful.

I was most satisfied. Marty Burkhart was with me all the way, setting up exploratory visits to potential sites and then also helping with everything everything associated with such moves. There is a definite need for services he provides, and he was a solid provider.
