My review is for Care Patrol. Bruce and his team came to meet both my Father and myself at our home. That allowed my Father to be comfortable and have an interaction with them. I believe this helped Bruce and his team understand what was needed to best serve my Father in his move to memory care and his long term well being. I as the the family member making the decision was kept in touch and updated about tours, options, cost, and even the best way to get furniture. Care Patrol took the time to tour the facilities with me, answer questions even days after the tour. The was not pressure but support in my search for the best place in a price range that fit my needs. There was a follow up after my Dad had been placed to check on him and me. Bruce and his team support made a difficult decision an easier experice.

After mom got "dumped" from a facility, Carissa stepped in and using her knowledge of the industry, and of memory care patients, we now have a much better fit. She was on our side ,helped us ask the right questions, and because of her we will sleep easier knowing we've made a good choice.

Ruthie was very helpful in helping me find a skilled nursing facility for my father. It was a confusing process and I did not know that I couldn't call places at first that she needed to. She helped me find a place that gave my father the right attention to his needs and also gave him some dignity. She helped me find a hidden gem of nursing homes.

Michael Mithen with Care Patrol of Oakland County has helped me twice - once when I needed to find a group home for my husband & again when I needed to find a respite location for myself after surgery. Unlike a representative from a similar company, Michael really listened to what I was looking for & only recommended appropriate places, saving me time, disappointment & aggravation.

Petra was super helpful, patient and gave great advice!!! We were blessed to have her during this process.
