Meda was so kind and helpful. She understood that this was a very stressful time for me and helped ask questions of the providers that I didn't think about during the tours. We found the perfect place for my mother and I'm very happy with how smoothly the placement process went.

I cannot say enough good things about care patrol and laura wagner. I am someone with extensive professional history in the medical field, and have never felt so comfortable and confident in a 'stranger' helping facilitate care for my family before. She truly was a godsend, through a very rough transition. The hospital staff made Laura's job a bit challenging, due to their lack of experience and infact, weren't very professional with Laura or our family. However, Laura handled those hurdles like a champ. She is amazing. Big Thanks to her, and your company. So very glad this service exists!!

I was delighted to connect with Meda Green to find a facility with great staff who understand about Dementia and know how to care for those who have Dementia like my mother. Meda chose two and my sister and I were happily surprised at the loving care found at the second one we toured. It would have taken us months to find a facility on our own, and maybe not with the high quality the one Meda had chosen for us. We have connected with CarePatrol twice and would not look anywhere else to find quality facility care.

The CarePatrol team really cares and advocates for people who need help and have no idea how much work it takes to maneuver the system. This team listened to what I had to say, they empathized and gave me support, and then went to work finding the right fit for my family dilemma and budget. I loved how much they cared for someone they hadn't even meant personally yet. The team came highly recommended to me and I would do the same and pay it forward!

Kisha was both helpful and patient as we had to wait for guardianship hearings prior to get finances for the placement. Then she rushed around the day we knew we had access to funds. Love her and would absolutely recommend her! ❤️
