Victoria is amazing! She is so responsive, even over a weekend. Our mom had wandered and we had to move her immediately. She is very caring and does an excellent job to understand the person and their specific needs. She recommended a reasonable set of places, all of which would have been great for different reasons. She's help teach us the things to ask questions about and understands what's important for people with dementia along the various stages. She visits the places you want her too along with you. And she even did a follow-up to check in on mom after her move to make sure she's doing well. I recommend her very highly!

Teresa was wonderful. If we ever have to do this again she will be our first phone call. She was so very kind and loving. She interviewed our mom and from that she knew what type of place she needed. Us kids were so far off and after the interview she sat with us and explained what was best for Martha because of her physical and mental condition then set up tours. If it was not for Teresa we would of made a big mistake.

She was courteous, compassionate and professional in providing all the tools we needed to find the right facility to help care for our mother. She answered all my calls and responded to all my texts no matter the time of day. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
