My consultant, Mark Sylvester, was caring, considerate and kind. He relieved much of the stress of transitioning my husband from the hospital to a memory care unit, There are many details and complications in this process and Mark made it easy for me to focus on the most important parts and not have to deal with details. He is a soft spoken, courteous and thoughtful man. I would call on him if my needs require me to do so in the future.

We were referred to CarePatrol and Cas by a social worker at Hillcrest of Raleigh at Crabtree Valley for my aunt who had suffered a stroke and 100% change in life. Cas was incredibly conscientious, kind knowledgeable, efficient, empowering, and caring. He helped us find a great new community for my aunt to call home, and he even followed up with us a few weeks later. We thank God for Cas and CarePatrol. Keep up the excellent and necessary work!
