Care Patrol staff, Sam, Blanca and Jerry were very helpful when I had to transition my mother-in-law from a nursing and rehab facility to an sssistedvliving facility. They found a great placement for us and followed up with us on a regular basis.

This is the second time I have used Carepatrol to help with the placement of aging and ailing parents. I cannot say enough how amazing the service is. They really help take the burden and fear out of an extremely stressful situation.

Care Patrol was very helpful in finding an assisted living placement for my Mom. She had a stroke and needed a 30 placement for rehab and gaining back strength before going back home. Care Patrol was able to find a place and set up visits - very knowledgeable about the different assisted living facilities and what they have to offer. I would highly recommend Care Patrol.

Sam Nazh from Care Patrol (La Jolla, CA) is a godsend. His thoughtfulness, care, and support have been a true blessing to my mother and our family. To say he has "gone the extra mile" is an understatement. Sam stepped in to help us all during a chaotic, unexpected crisis by helping find my mother a special place to get the individualized care she needs, a place where she can rest and continue on her road to recovery. I am grateful for Sam's kind spirit and my mother is too. Roughly 2 months of daily visits to the ICU and LTAC hospitals have left our family exhausted and in need of some attention to our own recovery. We can finally rest knowing Mom's in capable, safe, and loving hands. There's no handbook for how to best cope and also support your loved one after a catastrophic brain injury. The challenges are devastating to both the patient and the family. I thank God for Sam and his team's intervention. Mom is doing much better than when we tried caring for her at home. I am so thankful there are people like Sam and those at the residential care home to help my mother and our family during this process of adjusting to our new life.

I worked with Judi and Kie. They went above and beyond to find the right place for my mom. If you are using their services you are probably in a very stressful situation. They cut through the stacks of information provided by the hospital and quickly find what you need based upon your loved ones needs. I would and have recommended them.

Jeff, at Carepatrol did a wonderful job of quickly finding several board and care facilities to evaluate in Escondido. Looking online, it was a bit overwhelming in the beginning before I contacted him. After a few minutes on the phone with him providing him my requirements, I had several leads that fit our needs and budget.I have found a facility that fits my parents needs well! Great job, Jeff. You provide an excellent service to people at a difficult time of life.
