They were a little uncaring with regarding my aunt who is suffering with dimentia. Maybe the lady at front desk was having a bad day but she was a little bit rude on the phone and didnt answer my questions. Unfortunate experience.

All the folks here at CarePatrol of SanDiego & La Jolla were incredible support and assisted in finding a place for my father. When he passed they were to hold my hand. They made all were so caring and gave me fantastic advice. I fully recommend them.

So glad that there is a service such as this to assist in finding a place to put loved ones in need of memory care. They were definitely there to help every step of the way in finding a place for my Uncle.

This service is more advanced then a place for moms. Many of the research is done to provide summary of the assisted living facilities.

I am so thankful for CarePatrol! I was at a dead end when I found Tammy Brewer. Turns out, the first personal care home she mentioned after hearing my sister’s needs, was the perfect placement! Thanks to Tammy and her team, Tammy 2😉, we were able to visit, decide on placement and move in 4 days...not just any four days....but over the New year Holiday! I was communicating New Years Eve day, New Year’s Day and visiting the day after New Years Day. Thank you for such a strong commitment to your vital role in appropriate placement for loved ones! My sister has settled in and is very happy in her new home. Much Apreciation!!!

Bruce did a great job of getting us informed, transported, and coordinated on our visits so there was very little surprise and almost all things known for our visits. He was honest, forthright, and direct with his information and opinions. No hidden agendas. No drama. Just plain and simple truth and reality. It was great working with him. We appreciated his approach tremendously.

I had a fantastic time working with Mary Ann through CarePatrol. Mary Ann was incredibly compassionate and always accessible, ready to help us with the next steps in the process. I felt like she was a great guide in finding options for my mom, and she provided us with a uniquely tailored experience in which I felt validated and supported. As the nurse in the family when my parents needed to relocate due to my mother's health I was expected to help. Unfortunately despite being a nurse I felt overwhelmed and helpless, not knowing what the options were. I was connected with Bonnie at Care Patrol. She was a godsend she helped me research options near her in Maryland while I stayed in Colorado. She had a personal touch researching things important to my father who is totally able bodied and mentally sharp. When the cross country move fell apart due my mother falling and sustaining a broken back Bonnie was there for us. She offered to be there when my dad flew into close out the assisted living, as he needed to coordinate moving there belongings back to Colorado and help him with any details he needed while she was there. I TRUELY DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE HAD I NOT BEEN CONNECTED WITH BONNIE, SHE WAS PHENOMINAL!!!!!!!:):):):):)
