Elise was a direct answer to prayer! She worked so hard and diligently to find the perfect place for us and in a very short amount of time. We could not have done this without her. She took the time to get to know us and my dad and then did all the leg work to find him the perfect spot. We are forever grateful!

Ellen helped us find the first temporary home for my mother inlaw while we prepped her house for sale. Once we were able to move her to a facility with even more to offer, she was once again there to help us!

Christa DeRouen provided prompt, excellent service. She saved a lot of time and effort by identifying a very specific option for our situation. Thank you!

Very efficient, professional and sympathetic. I recommend their services, you'll be pleased.

Unbelievable the quality of service we received. All our questions were fully answered. Tammy went out of her way, even going the extra mile toward assisting us. Couldn't have asked for any more.

Deb Williams went Way Beyond what was expected of her she is very caring and patient I would recommend her to anyone she made the process seamless

Barbara was horrible employee of yours ..to go look at homes which she only took us to one we had a find the other one her job should’ve been us going with her to look at facilities that’s what she gets paid for...

Marissa Olczak in Cleveland was amazingly efficient and knowledgable in helping us to place our mother in care. I was very impressed with her constant communication and her recommendations within our budget were spot on. Thanks Marissa!
