They are very professional and if it were not for them my mother would probably not be alive today. Due to their quick response and their quick analysis of the process that my mother was going through they made a great decision and I would definitely recommend them.

I can’t express how valuable Emily was in helping my entire family in getting my mother out of hospital and into a fantastic long term care facility. She was there for us through the entire journey with great information on how the whole system works - walking us through, step by step - with patience, kindness, and invaluable insights. She took the time to understand what my mother wanted (not what you would expect!) and then was very direct and no-nonsense in getting it for her. It was a very stressful time and she was a source of strength and compassion through the whole process. She knew what questions to ask, had great recommendations for home health support, went with us to meet with prospective homes, and was never more than a phone call away. She had a huge impact on the quality of care my mother will receive for the rest of her life, and my family and I will be forever grateful.

The best way to describe navigating extended care for my mom by ourselves is “Flying Blind”. So many decisions as well as ramifications of those decisions to consider. Cilla Buck from CarePatrol first listened to our situation, explained different care levels, how the Medicaid waiver works, what communities support this and their level of care. I wish we would have spoken to Cilla earlier as we may have made some different decisions. Now, as my mom is moving to assisted living from independent living, I am confident in our decisions based upon the input, knowledge, and true concern that Cilla had & the knowledge she brought to the table. She organized tours at different facilities, laid out costs for us, and was instrumental in guiding us through this trying process. She was incredibly wise in how to address this move with our mom. A very high recommendation for anyone faced with elder care decisions for their loved ones!

Jenn and Connie at CarePatrol were a HUGE support to our family in a difficult time.
