The best! Before Patrick and Beth Bowen actually directed my family to a facility for my uncle, I had such confidence and trust in them that I shared their contact information and recommended them to a friend whose family also needed facility care for a loved one. Ironically, they were already working with the family, and our loved ones checked into their new (different) homes on the same day! Care is first and foremost with the Bowens. They truly listen to the family and the person whose care has become overwhelming. They didn't push out-of-budget facilities but provided the information needed to help the family make the best choice for our loved one. They worked at our pace, which was rather urgent and during the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Everything went much smoother because of them. I can't say enough good things about the Bowens and the CarePatrol service they provided at a very challenging time for my family.

Cheryl Richards went above and beyond. She had wonderful communication skills. She was very prompt in her responses to my inquiries. She provided essential information and even provided spreadsheets. She visited my mom at her new retirement home apartment. Thats going above and beyond. We were blessed by her assistance.

CarePatrol was a lifesaver. I needed to find an assisted living facility and within less than a week we found a great fit. They really do care and they were with us each step of the way even weeks after move in.

Amazing, caring and efficient

Just starting the adventure of caring for my elderly mother to be with or near us. Tammy has been most helpful, knowing the pros and cons of nearby facilities and matching them with our needs.

Initially, we were not sure how we felt about using an outside resource to aide us in finding a new home for our family member. After our first tour of a facility (that we did on our own), we knew we needed help. Time was of the essence. We reached out to Ed Goodemote.... WHAT A BLESSING he was. He listened to all of our needs, selected facilities he thought would match, scheduled the tours for us, and accompanied us on each one. Without going into detail, we have to say, he went above and beyond to help us. He made what would have been a monumental task feel easy. Our family has shared our experience with others and it’s a given fact, we will promote Care Patrol to anyone in need. We are blessed and grateful.

Jim Humphrey has been wonderful throughout the whole process of placing dad in a senior care home. Always staying in contact, even now that dad has been placed. Very knowledgeable of the homes around town and took us to tour the ones that fit out criteria. It has been wonderful working with him in a very stressful time. Thankyou Jim. Betsy
