They really helped us out a lot we didn’t have much time as the hospital only gave us a two day notice Anthony Coleman found us a really nice place for my mom to live and he took care of all our concerns as far as distance and her needs he has alsoChecked back with us numerous times to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if there was any other ways he could help us out

Our advisor Anthony Coleman was extremely knowledgeable and professional in helping us get our dad into an assisted living facility. He was able to answer all of our questions and give us guidance on the complicated process of transitioning dad from a nursing home into assisted living and how to deal with some setbacks along the way. The process of calling facilities for tours and talking with administrators and setting up times and coordinating them around our schedules would have added a great deal of stress to the process but Anthony took care of all of it. All we had to do was give him a list of places, our availability, and show up. On top of that he set it all up on a Saturday so we didn't have to take time off of work and then toured the places with us. When I had questions, concerns, or updates, Anthony would respond to emails and texts almost immediately and always consistently. To me, the follow ups are one of the most important parts of any business process, especially when variables change so frequently. I didn't have to wait a couple days for any answers or wonder if my message was received or wait until Monday if I reached out on a Friday afternoon. Anthony was top notch on responding, even on weekends. This quality is invaluable, especially in the health profession. Overall if you are looking for some guidance on assisted living I would highly recommend care patrol and Anthony and his team if you are in his service area.

We had the pleasure of working with Jena Kloepfel. She is extremely knowledgeable in a vast array of elder care options. She patiently listened to all of our concerns and questions. Giving factual information in a professional manner without lacking genuine sympathy, empathy and compassion. As well as ensuring we understood processes and requirements. Following through and continuing to, a successful placement and fit between my Mother and facility. I would like to think our family is her favorite and that's how she made us truly feel. In reality, I am well aware, our circumstances are challenging. It is Jena's personality, attention to detail and heart that had us feeling special. Confident and secure with difficult decisions. I am confident, any family who has the pleasure to be a client of Jena's, will receive the same support and dedication as we did and continue to. She is an asset to your establishment and the services you provide. Jena is a huge positive in representing Carepartners reputation. We will always be grateful for Brewster Village for recommending us to you. The only negative with our experience is the rating system only goes up to 5 stars. I wish there were a way for me to review CarePatrol higher. Eric Klein was absolutely incredible and I could not have found my grandparents housing without him. He was knowledgable, tenacious, and helpful. But he truly shined when my moving help backed out and Eric cancelled his morning appointments to help me move. I dare say I've never experienced better support and service than I did with Eric.
