Marissa Olczak was a tremendous help in getting both my parents settled into American House in Macedonia. They were coming from 2 different locations and we had only a matter of days to get them in somewhere. Marissa set up tours of available spots for them in a very quick manner and we were able to settle on one and move them both in within a day of each other. I would recommend Marissa's help - she is very knowledgeable and caring and will help you with whatever your requests may be.

The rep from CarePatrol was very supportive and informative. Her experience was a great relief for me as I made decisions on the behalf of my husband. Truly, a weight was shared as she negotiated on our behalf, informed me of the things I should look for, and told me to see her as "point of contact." Even after my husband was placed in a group home she and I agreed upon, Angel wanted me to keep in touch to let her know his progress.

We were very happy with the way we able to get Gerry and Ruth placed in the same facility. He is able to visit with his mother every day and he enjoys the food and the care he is getting. Ron Colyer was able to take care of finding a place for both of them in a short time. We feel very blessed that we had Care Patrol to take care of our situation.
