Patrick and Beth Bowen were so helpful in finding an assisted living facility for my parents. Patrick spent a lot of asking info about my parents and their needs and preferences and price ranges. Then within a very short time he had sent me Pdf files with priced a lot more info than you cannot get in researching these facilities online. All met the parameters we were looking for. Patrick then set up appointments and we visited several. He knew all the questions that needed to be asked and he knew the directors as well as inside info. After he became involved I did not have to deal with the phone calls and emails sent by the facilities to get info. Patrick was so helpful and supportive during the decision making process. He was aware at all the stages of emotions my parents were going through. We have now moved my parents in to our chosen facility and Patrick and Beth have continued to be very supportive to me and my parents. Patrick also recommended a home Health care agency on very short notice for my inlaws. He will begin the process of helping us find an assisted living facility for my in laws in next few weeks. We have recommended Care Patrol to our assistant minister who deals with our elderly members and many friends who are dealing with our same issues with their elderly parents. Patrick and Beth are genuinely caring people that use Care Patrol as their mission.

Meda was great to work with. It was easy to find locations that would work for us.

We were in a crisis situation. I called, they called back with the name of a facility that fit our budget and was close to our home. The next day we had a tour and in less than a week mom was placed. The facility is clean and the people are wonderful. Thank you to Care Patrol to helping our family!!

Mary Ellen did a fantastic job in assisting us during this very difficult time. She was extremely attentive, empathetic, and above all very responsive to our every need. I can only assume given the delicate nature of moving a loved one 1500 miles away and out of their "comfort" zone, that CarePatrol is very selective in who they allow into their franchise. The people I worked with at Care Patrol were very helpful For myself and most people this is an emotional time and extremely stressful I felt alone and lost and Kris and Laura were a God send.
